Autosave feature does not work.

Unable to share. Continually trying, adjusted setting, made sure everything was as it should be, still unable to share with colleagues. Waste of time. Onto the next one.

Lost the progress of what i was doing when i tried to change the file directory.

At first very happy, then all data lost, which just not acceptable. Extremely dissapointed.

Stuck on Authentication

Spent 4 hours creating a complex map. Logged in the next day and all my work was gone.

Worked fine for a while - didn't do a few things I normally expect concept mappers to do, but whatever. Then, suddenly, it stopped saving my files (despite saying it did), and nothing opens. Yay!

Ok. So I've created a mindmap early January. I saved my work, I manage to open it from another computer without any inconvinience next day. HOWEVER after 15 days, I checked the mindmap and I've lost all my work. Nothing is in there. Just one empty mindmup. NOTHING. I wasn't even able to restore the first version. There is no option for that. The amount of pain it's causes right now I wish to the developer. I'm using drive not to lose any important data. AND WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW?! I'm not only dissaponited in this app, but I'm very very angry. I hope google will remove it from their applist. II wouldn't recommend to use it! It's a rip-off.

It just doesn't work. It keeps saying : "There was a problem, please retry".

They're stealing your data - once you create maps you cannot sign into MindMup through googledrive to retrieve or open your files. Links don't work. I liked this initially, but trying to open my files is impossible.

WILL NOT UNINSTALL!! I've removed this from my Chromebook and disconnected the app from Google Drive at least 20 times and it always comes back. I have no syncronization service and do not use gSuite! This app is like a virus and won't go away! STAY AWAY!

I one had this and really liked it. Went to version 2 and became useless. I was "allowed" to use v.1 for a while. Now, I've tried to accept the shortcomings and use it again. Now, regardless of my efforts, it will not allow me to sign in. I don't think it is fair to rate a app so horrible when it will not allow me to use it, but what is that but the worst app ever? I don't know what is wrong with this thing. I've tried for years now to get along with it, and now they have terminated me as a user. That's just rude. If you sign up, just be aware, you may not be able to use it tomorrow. God knows why. It will look like you're going to use it but "signing in" will just spin and spin and nothing will happen. God knows I've tried everything a 40 year computer tech can think of and I can not access it... and I was one of the first ever to use it.

Since MindMup 2.0 I can't open my MindMup 1.0 data stored in my Google Drive. I should register and pay for a gold account. They kicked a feature, that was free in V1.

Version 1 was much better. It was open source and very stable. Version 2 is closed source, and I just lost an entire days worth of notes due to it over writing the google drive file with a blank map. I'm looking for alternatives. Edit: reading other reviews there is obviously a problem with the app. DO NOT USE IT TILL IT'S FIXED.

It makes me lost my work twice. Almost 2 entire days of work. You cannot trust it!

The worst update an application can receive. Lost all my files and experienced financial losses. Furthermore, there is absolutely no support from the company itself regarding data transfer from an old version to the new one. Good job.

I had a really bad experiente with this app. I lost a all changes I have made in the last 3 days. Summary: a tool that was supposed to help me saving time caused me to wast a lot of time to redo what I lost. Terrible! I do NOT recommend at all.

There is a bug that will delete all the work I put into my mindmup. Sometimes, my work will pop up and other times, It looks like I have done nothing at all. I expected more out of a google app. I expected to at least automatically saved which it did one moment. However, I don't have access to my work now and I have to go research why I don't have access.

this app is not recommanded for korean.

Terrible integration with google drive. I have no issues opening my files with Google apps like docs and sheets but mindmup just spins trying to authenticate. I don't even get a login screen to select or validate authentication info. Terrible. So much promise. I find this to be invaluable to me. However, the developer in completely cavalier about this choice and offers no support other than to say the issue is with me and Google. Wrong! This impacts your product. I have no issues with Google.

you need google drive - can't save locally

I've been using this tool for about 2 years now. Over the last two days it has failed to save literally HOURS of work I've done. Twice it completely reverted back to an earlier version of the file I'd saved, totally wiping out MASSIVE amounts of effort. I have absolutely no choice to completely relinquish any sense of reliability with this tool. Sad, sad situation for me. I'm incredibly disappointed.

Can't make a check note

Stuck on loading, can't use the app. It has to be "instant" load or I will not use it, rather have a less graphics intense app with fast load than an app with slow load but looks good.

Can't freely reposition nodes. Not convinient. But other things are ok.

version one was much better In this version,writing notes on a node is very primitive. You need to save notes in an attachment file, if you want more flexibility

A little stif in handling nodes

I really like the interface but it's constantly asking me for permissions to access drive. Also, I cannot share my maps with anyone. Always getting "the sharing is not available at this time". Is this because of TFA? Wish I could share my map with others so the collaborations can be done remotely.

Great app. BUT it REALLY needs support for mathematical formulae. I see this critical feature has already been requested three years ago and it's STILL lacking.

Offline functionality is missing, which was given in version 1.x
