Euchre Card Game

The programmer does not even know the rules of euchre. It lets you name a suit trump even if it has been turned over. There is no provision for going alone! The score goes to 5. OMG.

not a good euchre app. game only goes to 5, not 10. partner trumps your trick when you've already one it. When I called suit and it was my lead, it didn't give me the lead. No way to go alone. Lots of problems with this app.

Very boring game! Computer makes no sense as to when or why it plays the cards t does.

The player's computerized teammate is consistently a moron. Also there should be a "stick the dealer" option rather than an infinite circle of no one picking trump.

No solo mode and computer plays incredibly stupidly, like trumping a partner's ace.

Not euchre!! It is really bad. Your partner trumps your card all the time. Points only go to 5, not 10. Not a fun game!

It's okay, I guess. The computer is just so stupid. I have lost rounds and games because the computer trumps me not usually once but 2-3 times in one round. It's worse than playing a newbie in real life. There real rules of euchre aren't followed (ie. ordering partner up means you go alone). There is no way to make it stick the dealer or make the players any better. No lone hands. You can't turn the sound off.The only reason I gave it a stars was because it works, and it is the only euchre game that actually works on the google chrome (for me anyways). Fix the opponents and give us some options for game play and then you'll get more stars

Very poorly done. The AI does not follow logic. No alone option, graphics are poor. Delete.

Very poorly made... Horrible AI, rough graphics and interface, no loner option, no mute button, scoring doesn't go to 10, AI is horrible (that is worth listing a dozen times...), and just not worth it. Plus side, it is free, but there are better free options out there.

Terrible AI. All computer hands lack strategy. Opponents could have taken tricks that they didn't. Partner over-trumps me. Cards led make no sense. Do NOT expect to sharpen your euchre skills with this game. Needs a complete re-write of the AI.

Horrible AI, does not follow rules, Wrong top score. Overall this game is not even close to any other computer euchre games i have played

Just terrible...my first game I had to quit. I called trump one hand and the *dealer* led instead of the person to the left of the dealer. How does that happen? One time the AI had the last play and he trumped with the right bower (no trump on the trick yet) and then leads the 10 of trump. Just terrible terrible.

No online feature only plays with AI opponents. AI scripts terrible and visual presentation worse. Waste of time

Not clear who is being offered the up card and scores are not easily visable.

Logic of play is pretty bad. Programmer likely isnt a euchre player. This is a god awful product. Even the basics are not followed - e.g. dont trump your partners ace, lead the right bower etc. Pretty bad.

If I had a euchre partner like this in real life, it wouldn't end well. I was left shaking my head at many of the plays.

I agree with many others' review about not playing to 10, not being able to go alone. I've not figured out partner's playing strategy yet, but a monkey avatar is appropriate.

Not versatile. Only plays to 5. No alone option. Hard to tell who bids. Needs work by an experienced Euchre player

Not very good, but I suppose it's better than nothing.

Need to fix it so that your partner doesn't trump your card. I like to play euchre but not with dumb computer partner.

I could not even recommend this for beginners. There are time I would get 6 cards. It would not let me go alone when picking a suit. This does not seemed to be programmed by someone who plays the game.

This could be a great game if it was improved upon and really played like the card game. Must get partners to make the proper moves. Work on it. It has promise.

seems to be some bugs in the game. if you pass on the trump suit in the first round, you can select this suit on the second time around after it was turned down. also seems like your teammate plays poor strategy, resulting in lost tricks.

euchre is played to ten... trump isnt always correct

Childish graphics, only goes to 5, no game options are available (alone, under, screw the dealer, etc). AI seems pretty stupid; play if you want to win a lot and don't mind bad graphics and winning!

Pretty lame. It doesn't really play Euchre; more of a morph of some card game that once used to look like Euchre. Graphics are pretty silly too.

I agree with the posts I read. It may be ok for a beginner to learn on but that's all. Major flaws in game play. :-/

The AI partner leaves a lot to be desired. Over trumping me when I have already won the trick, and he should just cast off a low card, happens far to often. He will also play his cards in a poor order. This has resulted in me losing games, which is really annoying. And I have barely scratched the surface. I also wasn't very impressed with the look of this app. It is missing a lot of rules such as going alone, playing to ten, and not being allowed to pick the suit of the card that was not called as trump. However, if you are looking to practice a few strategies, or are just looking to play some euchre, hey, it's free

Partner AI is in need of a check and under-trumped me with the Ace when I'd already trumped in with the Left Bower... which is a pity. Overall this aside, its not a bad Euchre game

my team mate trumps me on a regular basis.

The game is OK except for all problems listed by others already. Here are a few more things. When I was the dealer and another person order me to pick up trump I did not know who order it. Makes a big difference on how I want to continue. I also could not see a way to go alone when I had the lone hand. Left, Right, Ace, King and ten in a hand should bring 4 points not two because I had to bring along my partner. The play only goes to 5 points. Euchre is played to ten points using the the the 4 and 6 cards to keep score. The word spades is always covering my hand.

AI is anything but intelligent. It's almost like playing a single person team. scoring system doesn't really work, only goes to 5 instead of 10. It also doesn't have the aspect of going alone. Not too impressed.

Need lot's of work to make it fun for regulars.

Doesn't play to 10, no solo option, just frustrating. It's free, so it gets 2 stars just for the effort, but it's not enjoyable.

Okay if you want to learn the game or brush up.
