well, now this is paid subscription too. It already had a bad UI , which has gotten even worse since the new updates. What a terrible greedy dev

It freezes on Twitch and Kick but it recovers when I hover the mouse over the video. Also, I can't see how much resources it's using in Chrome's Task Manager.

(edit) I do know I came across slightly rude in this review, but I felt the need to review because the latest update made the extension worse for me. Every change I had made is now suddenly worse, I had the perfect presets for videos and now those presets just don't look as good anymore, hence my frustration. It is the only extension on the web store that works as intended and isn't a virus of sorts, that's why I want the extension to be good. I never wrote a "thank you" because I usually don't go onto the web store, I'm not a user of this website that often and I don't usually leave reviews on things, as I'm sure 99% of users here don't do either. The old layout was perfect for me, this new layout just isn't it. I loved the vibrant colors I could get (and with the darker tones I added to the video the more vibrant colors weren't really that bad at the end of the day), I just wanted an extension to make videos and tv shows more nicer to look at, this extension made that possible. I am just irritated by the fact that everything I did for my presets is now turned lower than usual. They don't look as good, they don't feel as good anymore as a result. Saturation is now less vibrant (although still vibrant), everything is now way darker making it harder for me to see in general. Hopefully the developer understands me a bit more, but sadly enough my respect for this extension has gone very far down currently. I was being generous with putting a 2 star review, I am now putting it down to a 1 star based on the response I was given. I will no longer be giving a 5 star if my problem gets fixed (or at least gets put into a middle ground kind of fix), instead I will be giving the extension a 4 star review, still a good review, just not as good as a 5 star review. (edit edit) I will start by saying a simple sorry for my rude messages before, had a bad week and the sudden drastic change in the extension just made me irritated (although this isn't an excuse for being rude, so sorry about that) I typically used this extension just because of me wanting to see videos look nicer, and to see more easily in videos. This is what I need to do as I can't really up the brightness on my screen without making everything else brighter with it, it was the perfect solution to me, so I can watch brightened up videos and alt-tab to other programs without being blinded by brighter colours. I once more want to apologize for my rude behavior these past few days, I am extremely ashamed of myself and will try to think better in the future. I will also try to say please more often, I haven't really needed to use this word in more than a decade so it's a little hard for me to remember to use it. So let me end this edit by saying this: I understand that you most likely will never revert it, but if you could please do that then that would be great. Thank you in advance if you do (mostly saying it in advance as there'd be no point otherwise), if you refuse to do it, then I guess I'll just have to wait for another extension in the future, although it will most likely never come, to my dismay. (had to delete original review as I ran into a word limit, will keep first edit though) (also, the changing to 5 star thing: that wasn't me trying to leverage, that was me trying to say it as a promise, wasn't trying to twist your arm in that way. It was just a mistake of my brain thinking it sounded good, I tend to have problems with that sadly, sorry about that)

pop out keeps nagging for review, even after reviewing

i'm trying to shop on amazon and this app keeps flashing up taking over my screen demanding to rate it 5 stars. NOT EVEN ON A VIDEO WEBSITE. It is behaving like a virus. (if it stops doing this in 30 days i'll remove the 1star review)

Extension works great but there's some really dodgy stuff going on here. Earlier today I was watching a YouTube video and suddenly a tab opened up a Reddit thread where someone was asking for a video enhancing extension and this one was linked in the comments. This indicates a very serious security concern, especially given that this extension used to have a hidden monthly subscription cost which the guy later scrapped after much arguing.

this addon broke the hulu layout for me, if its on at all it crops most of the image off the screen
