doesnt work, no button appearing under title or description

Does not work. Doesn't do anything. Broken extension.

it is not generating description.

It is not working properly after I choose the pro plan. I canceled my description!

i installed after seeing a review because this app LOOKS AMAZING. However, if something seems to be to good to be true it usually is and this extension is no different. It prompts you to login and then it just gets stuck in a loop and never actually works it just keeps saying to login. Very frustrating. AVOID.

This is really kind of lame that they just broke this extension after we all got used to it and don't seem to be doing anything about the hundreds of people here already saying the same thing as me. Sucks.

*Update July 7th, I'm Logged in and i pay for basic plan on etsy hunt. it only lets me make 3 titles then says ive used them up for the day. very frustrating since i make 8-10 designs a day. *UPDATE AGIAN! June 7th was working for a month now not working again, keeps telling me im not logged in and kicks me out. lowered review in hopes someone reaches out and fixes it again. had this extension for a week loved it. now it just disappears and theres no one to contact. **developer recahed out via email and fixed the issue. back to working 100%. When this app works it is fantastic and great for my etsy shop! ~May 6

NOT WORKING - "Creation failed, please try again"

it isnt working, I get 'Creation failed, please try again' no idea why it's not working.

I liked the idea of optimizing my listings and getting variations of the titles based upon the optimized SEO, but I don't trust the results and am getting completely unrelated descriptions and titles. Using ChatGPT alone and asking for an optimized title or description gives me better results, and I can use other free tools to check my keywords. I will be uninstalling it as it's not working as expected.

Doesn't work as soon as I installed it. I have put my password in, but nothing happened.

Had this extension for a month and it was wonderful! Then something updated, it's now listed as EtsyHunt, and just like the other rviews in June, I'm stuck in a login loop. HOWEVER it does seem to work on my office computer, not my home laptop. Dunno how or why? Maybe there's a cookies error. Hope they fix this asap bc it was making things so much easier.

Hmm I am now getting the Login screen reported by other users however this is strange I thought GPT was scraping Etsy for tags of listing create descriptions etc. The login site etsyhunt.com says it is an online database of Etsy tags. That would mean it is not real time data from Etsy itself and the plugin is just accessing etsyhunt? Questionable ??? or did I misunderstand the plugin?

My Extension was working great, and now it is not pulling the tags most of the time, then when it does, it pulls some tags that are correct and some tags that are not, and it only pulls a few tags.... Can anyone help ? *EDIT* I have changed my star rating down to a 2 in hopes that it will get a response. Creators: You can choose to not reply and continue getting low ratings from people (which will affect your success).....or...You can simply reply and let people know you that you are at the least aware of these issues and hopefully working on them (which will help in your success) ... I love the idea of this extension, and would be loving it, if it worked properly, but as of right now I can't trust the data it is sending my way because I have found many mistakes in the numbers its showing me... I'm rooting for the success of this extension because I would really like to use it, so please just let us know you got this so that we can chill....

it looks like Your AI has not checking Etsy data. Its showing 0 competition on keywords and in Etsy there are more than 10k Products on that keywords and showing useless Title like i was generating title for Wall art and it is showing for mugs and pillows without any main keyword in it. launch a Good version of it otherwise its not gonna work. Thanks

When did they start charging for this? only get 5 free then you have to pay?

Prior to searching, the title generator automatically filled in keywords that were unrelated to the posting analyzed, After entering a new keyword search, worked well for the first few searches, but after changing the keywords to search it kept populating unrelated terms, the same happened when I tried to analyze a new listing. It could use some more usability testing and trouble shooting.

So far unable to even get it to connect, I'm successfully logged into ChatGPT in the same Chrome browser with it pinned, but it never loads & continues to say 'Maybe the ChatGPT webapp is not logged in or the login is invalid, Please login on OpenAI and pass Cloudflare check.' I've attempted to refresh the page, clear cache & hard reload.

Yesterday, I received the error message "Creation failed, please try again" and today the same error.

It shows titles and descriptions that have nothing to do with the listing. However, I am a little parnoid, is this something on Etsy side or the app.

I've purchased the basic etsyhunt with listing optimizer. I've optimized my listing but doesn't appear to save the changes I made in the optimizer, in my actual listing. Am I missing something?

I love the extension and for a short time it was working great.. was able to analyze my listings and make good changes, but now when I go to the listing the buttons for the extension show up for 1 second and then disappear. I logged in and out of ChatGBT but that didn't work. Weird that was working fine all day and now just stopped.

I used this extension once and now when I returned to upload more listings it will not activate on my page. I did logout of chatgpt and back in with no help. I uninstalled and put it back in 2 browsers and nothing. Brave and Chrome. Broken for now with no error messages or anything.

I am trying to check the Competition (the most important metric) and I keep getting a 0, neither Green, nor Yellow, nor Red for my listings. Is this is a bug? If it can be corrected and I can see all the metrics, I can review again. As of now, it's not very helpful.

I was using it and it worked really well for a couple of weeks. Sometimes it wouldn't generate but I logged out of Chat GPT and logged in again which fixed that problem. Now it's saying I'm using it too much and to try again in one minute even the first time I try it for the day. I will give it 5 stars once this is fixed for sure.

When it works, it works brilliantly, the descriptions are thorough and well written. But it sometimes seems to forget the connection to ChatGPT. I suspect ChatGPT has a standard user timeout that is kicking out the plugin. When this happens, it will give a "Creation failed, please try again" error. As far as I can tell from messing around with it, the only way to get it to re-connect is to uninstall and reinstall the plugin so that it has to go through the connection process. Not hard, or very time consuming, and it's still worth going through the process for the time it saves on writing descriptions. But it does change my workflow in that I have to plan on doing a bunch of descriptions all in one sitting, instead of one or two a day as I need to. A suggestion to fix this issue, replace the "Creation failed, please try again" error, with a reconnect to ChatGPT button. Or just include the button as a standard part of the interface.

Great when working but hasnt worked in days

So far, it has been very frustrating. The competition column is obscured and I can't find out how to rectify this. Secondly, the extension seems to hang for long periods. I don't know if the latter is due to the heavy load on ChatGPT. Lastly, when I first generated titles, they were totally unrelated to the item in my shop. The second attempt was OK. Could be bugs. Maybe if there were guidance notes I could understand whether the hanging was related to slow ChatGPT processing.

The extension concept is sound, but here are my issues with it out the gate: 1. There is not real instructions located anywhere for you to learn to use this as a tool. I found out about the extension through a TikTok, but I have no idea how to fully utilize. 2. The Product Description Generator and Title Generator both do not work. They both just say connection failed and to try again later. Has been doing it since I downloaded the extension. In conclusion, I really want to use this as a tool and am very open to changing my rating. I believe this is a relatively new product, so I am just trying to point out my hurdles to creator so they know. Really have not gotten to use 60% of the features yet
