AI Code Detector Pro is a Chrome extension designed to analyze GitHub repositories and identify whether source code is AI-generated or human-written. It provides developers, researchers, and security professionals with insights into the authenticity of code by combining multiple detection methods: Fingerprinting (detecting metadata, comments, or patterns from known AI tools like Copilot, Replit, Tabnine, etc.) Heuristics (detecting repetitive guard clauses, boilerplate comments, TODO scaffolding, or suspicious patterns) Stylometry (statistical analysis of code structure, identifier diversity, punctuation ratios, entropy, etc.) LLM Classification (optional integration with OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude for deeper AI-detection analysis). The extension integrates directly into GitHub repository pages by adding an "Analyze AI Code" button, as well as a context menu action. Clicking this runs a complete analysis pipeline and displays results inside a clean popup dashboard with tabs for files, commits, and pull requests.
