this extension force to you install something. THAT IS REALLY RIDICULOUS.

I like all the features. However I work with another person on the same whatsapp web account. It makes no sense to only have one profile where the other profile cannot see notes, updates information and tabs. The whole purpose of a CRM is collaboration. WA Plus is not collaboration.

love it very much.. good customer support but i change my mind i cannot cancel the service, been contact there customer service , they read my message but do not give me answer . they are lier , there is no unsubscribe button on the paye

only 1 save auto reply option, plenty of other extension which provides unlimited quick reply option. AI reply doesn't work always ask to upgrade. to sum up, useless product always ask to upgrade

Hi. I would like to report this app as some type of scam. I cannot cancel my subscriptions and they stuck you to month and month debit on your account. they took out the function to cancel and if you click chat to whatsapp. its not working. Kindly cancel my subscription with this email/\. this coming 6th. if you guys debit my account. I will report this to Google itself.

Used to be great. Now Auto-Reply doesn't work with key words. I if they fix this, I'll come change this review, but for now, don't waste your money. Its currently NOT WORKING.

The extension at the beginning of the year was THE BEST; great performance, low cost, and broad functionality. Since March, it started to decline. Now it consumes all the machine's resources and does not send messages. I believe it is due to poor software writing where functionality is added without paying attention to what's behind the source code. After a month and a half of waiting, I will switch to WAWF.APP; although it does not have online synchronization, it is very economical, does not consume memory resources excessively, and provides great support via Whatsapp.

These are TOTAL thieves. We've paid 1 year plan in advance, but they are keeping charging our card monthly. We had to erase completely our account so that our account is not charged anymore. Will file an official complaint against this provider for fraud.

I used this extension for many times. But it will sometimes occurs problems. I don't purchase it just use free version. But I don't know does this set any limitation on my account from Feb 8th. And it cannot edit contact profile for 2 days. What should I do???

Was awesome until they updated and took away some of the cool free features. Now I can't access my templates that I saved etc... Other than that, I honestly love this product and would have given it all 5 stars.
