Infodash Navigation Control

The extension uses the storage permission to save user preferences for hiding specific SharePoint UI elements, such as the suite bar, global navigation, and search box. These settings are stored using chrome.storage.sync or chrome.storage.local, allowing the extension to persist user-defined customization across sessions and apply them automatically when SharePoint pages load. This ensures a personalized and consistent experience without requiring reconfiguration each time. The storage is only used for simple boolean flags, and no personal or sensitive data is collected or stored.
