Vue.js devtools

Constant crashes.

First, the idiots made Vue 3, which is impossible to migrate a huge project to, and then they killed the dev tools for Vue 2

Doesn't appear in the DevTools. Good for nothing

When doing changes that impact your whole community, do you do any tests? completely reckless. I'm going with Svelte on next projects.

It says it works with Vue 2 but it doesn't.

This used to be good and solid, but since the middle of last year it's generally not showing up, even if "Vue.js is detected on this page". Once in a blue moon, it might show up if I clear cache, close Chrome and try again, but it's basically impossible to maintain Vue 2 sites now. I will try the Firefox version...

Sometimes this tool works and sometimes it does not. The extension icon will say the tool is on but the tab doesnt always load into the dev tools. Frustrating experience migrating to this. Following the troubleshooting link from the extension leads to a 404: https://devtools.vuejs.org/guide/faq.html#the-vue-devtools-don-t-show-up EDIT: coming back about 4 weeks later to report this actually got worse for me and I havent had the tool work in weeks now. Downgrading from 3 stars to 1. The link to troubleshoot is also still a 404. Feels bad

This doesn't work the majority of the time. Crashes repeatedly, if it even loads at all.

There is obvious need for this tool - please do care. If the Legacy and Non-Legacy-Version are both installed as Extensions - the only way to differientiate them is via the version in "Manage Extensions" (v6 vs v7) Especially if a Developer maintains and fixes multiple Projects, switching becomes really tough - changing the Extension Name would help a ton. Thx!
