Still Broken, no word since mid Oct
doesent work for turkey
Not working on Edge.
Used to be great - however as of 22/10/24, Brave Version 1.71.114 Chromium: 130.0.6723.58 (Official Build) (64-bit) it no longer works. A shame because it was a great extension - I've encountered issues before, and emailed/reached out to the dev, and been ignored, so am not inclined to do so this time. Instead my one star review (and plenty of other recent ones I see), will remain, until it's fixed.
Edit: Unfortunately doesn't work properly anymore, if at all, on amazon.de 🙁 Was: Totally amazing extension that takes the (terrible) Amazon search to a whole new dimension. Hopefully there will be a way to donate for the further development of this extension soon.
Worked great until about August 2024. No longer works, doesn't activate / display on Amazon pages.
No longer working on Amazon.
Still broken. Will change star rating when fixed. It has been difficult to research the best products without this extension. Just hoping this 1 star rating will get the attention of the developer. I get that developers normally have a day job or other priorities but this has been broken longer than it should. I would be happy to "tip" the developer so there was some encouragement to keep it maintained.
Doesn't sort at all, let alone by rating count. I tried searching, clicking on a Department, there is no sorting or even a UI to chose how to sort or anything. Makes sense, I think Amazon.com probably disable ability to sort.
Can't actually SORT, (and the price filter is unintuitive to use) useless extension
This is exhibiting odd functionality now. Infinite scroll no longer seems to work; instead it simply loops the filtered products from the 1st page of results over and over. So if you filter down to 24 products, but 8 are on the 1st page, instead of scrolling through 24 you scroll through 1-8, then 1-8 again, etc. This is what people are talking about when they say that valid results are "jumping" off the page. Unfortunately that means that this extension actually hides results you want to see instead of surfacing them. It's one of those things that's either 5-star or 1-star. I REALLY hope the dev manages to restore functionality, because for a little while, this thing was amazing.
It's definitely filtering the first few items from the list now. I could see the the exact match for my search on the results list pop up for a moment before Trusty kicked in and filtered it out. I clicked "clear filters", verified all were set to 0 (except pages), and those exact match results still wouldn't show up. Finally, I disabled the extension, then those results showed up. Search conducted: HP 4301fdw You should see 2 search results that are exact matches to this multifunction laser printer before seeing any toner cartridge results. With Trusty on and all filters at 0, the first 2 exact matches are hidden and the first results shown are toner cartridges. -@Casey Woolley: I'm not sure what you mean by sorting by "Pages". The options I see in Amazon sorting are Featured, Price: Low to High, Price: High to Low, Avg. Customer Review, Newest Arrivals, and Best Sellers. After enabling the extension the default sort was Featured. I clicked Clear Filters on the extension. I ran the above test again and I picked a couple different sorting options at random then went back to Featured, and now the list looks normal. I disabled the extension, refreshed the page, enabled the extension, and refreshed again. I confirmed that the filters are clear and that the sort is set to Featured just like before. I checked the entire list this time and confirmed that the two HP 4301 printer listings that should be at the top of the list are not on the list at all. They are completely hidden. That means the extension is hiding the featured search results by default. The only way to get the search results to show the two HP 4301 printer listings is to pick a different sorting method, then go back to Featured sort. If the extension is hiding featured items by default, that's a problem, and I doubt that most people would think it's ok to have to mess with the sorting method to get the search results to show normally. When the extension filters are cleared it should show the full list when a search is conducted, not hide certain items until someone messes with the sorting method. Is there any way you can fix this issue so that the search results are normal the first time?
Not working anymore
Sort by reviews doesn't seem to be working. Tried increasing the number of pages but it seems to only sort the first page, for instance page 1 showed max 5000 and min 120 reviews. Then when I click "Next" (page), there are results with >5000 reviews. Based on that it doesn't accomplish its purpose
I did love this extension. It gives you excellent control over sorting, much better than Amazon. However! I recently noticed that it filters out items before you even use it, meaning some items immediately jump off my search results page without me even touching Trusty. When I deactivate Trusty items suddenly appear in my search. And often they are items that match my search best. I've checked, they are not further down the list on Trusty, they are available Prime items with reviews so there is no reason they should be filtered out and yet they're just gone. I don't know why this happens but I do a lot of Amazon searches to price items for resale and it's not just a few little glitches. I really liked the filter feature but not at the expense of finding what I'm looking for.
EDIT: as of about 2/20, stopped working. First, was getting repeat results; now, the most useful feature--infinite scroll--doesn't work on Amazon. Developer, you doing anything with this? Really want it back! Would even pay. :( Was using Infinite Scroll for main purpose of continuous page, but that extension is apparently dead; installed this and voila! works great plus additional functions! So far, absolutely great. Only concern is that it is fairly heavyweight, but enabling only when using Amazon causes no problems as of yet even on my older system. Thanks developer: please continue to maintain this! :)
* being able to enter the number on the various filter would amazingly make this better
Sep 24th 2025 version 2.0.8 issue Currently not working on my computer, but works on my Son's. It instally get's really slow and crashs for me. My son has had this happen a few times in the past but after awhile (talking weeks or something) the app started working again. Strangly his works right now and my doesn't. We both fully updated to teh latest Macbook version, both fully updated our chrome browser, and both run Intel chip Macbook Pro's. The only differences on our computer is I have a 2019 i7 16" and he he has a 2018 i9. I just turned on my error reporting incase that helps the app fix itself. My son may check up in a few years if this app works again when he gets back into the country.
Worked great for awhile. It now causes Amazon search page to flicker and jump all over the place. Does it in both Microsoft Edge and Brave. Turned off until they can fix this.
Hey team, no way to use it on a Store's page? For example: https://www.amazon.ca/stores/page/6FD26F78-E71E-4121-A30A-C6689E1A81A3/search?ie=UTF8&field-lbr_brands_browse-bin=3M&terms=roloc Also it removes the Vehicle Filter header...
Trusty doesn't work properly. It does filter out things, but it doesn't follow its own settings. So it took things out of my search results that should have stayed in. I felt like this was the case when I searched for relatively common items and only ended up with like 4 search results. So I tested doing the same search with and without Trusty. I wanted products with higher than 4.5 rating, with other sliders zeroed out. It filtered out items that were above 4.5 rating, and I ended up finding the product I needed without Trusty's help. Therefore this product does not successfully do what it says it does, and it does not consistently help me find the things I'm actually looking for.
I think i found a bug: it doesn't detect more than 999 reviews as 1000+ but as 1.xxx ! so if ask it show me products with more than 700 review count actually the best products doesn't show up..
The search facility seems to work well however if you click on an item in the filtered results and navigate back to the filtered results, the filter is reset. This would be a 5-star extension if it were not for this errant behavior.
Wonderful but crashes quite often when you scroll back up. Chrome running on latest Mac OS (10.15.2) Catalina.
