Volume Control for Google Chrome™

Buggy. UI is buggy, volume control doesn't work. Is it only a boost? I guess it doesn't allow simple setting of volume per window.

I would rate it better but annoying RATE ME is just not ok

Check your CPU usage when using this extension, as something fishy is going on. Today it appears as though it has a bug causing high CPU usage or it has been compromised and is being used to mine crypto.

Opens a new window that you must keep open just for it to work. Literal trash.

AWFU:UPDATE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEY CHANGED IT. UNINSTALLING NOW!! SHAMELESS HOW THEY TOOK SUCH A GOOD EXTENSION AND DID SOMETHING AWFUL TO IT.

Seems more likely that an update to Chrome broke this plugin. I doubt the developer would change to this new format.

It was 4-5* for me, but with the new update I have to give it 1*

I got this extension about a week ago, and it was great. It boosted the volume a lot so I could actually hear youtube videos on my laptop. Today I went to use it, and it looks totally different. It's not a knob anymore and it doesn't go up as high as it claims in the info anymore. It barely boosts the volume and has a crappier interface now. Disappointing.

After the update, it opens a complete new window that looks like it came from the 90s. The UI is horrible and not intuitive to use at all. Unfortunately I am going to stop using this extension, because the update ruined it. I hope it will change in the future.

Absolutely useless update to the extension! Do not install, there are far more better options now. Question for the devs - Why do you force users to have new open browser window at all times in order to have this active? - Why change the old way of using the extension? Terrible change, hop you revert it or try something else. Right now it shouldn't even have 0 as rating

It was decent (3/5 stars) before but changed it to be horrible, plain and clunky to use with the smallest of brain impleamentations.

New update made it infinitely worse. It didn't need to go into a whole separate window, the small pop-up worked perfectly fine.

DON'T DOWNLOAD THEY CHANGED THE APP it used to be good like the screenshots show, but no they change it to a disgustingly cheap looking version like it was made in 2002. i'm unistalling it now, go look for a better one, they ruined it
