FOR EVERYONE SAYING IT DOESN'T WORK LET ME EXPLAIN. The app does itself work, however you have to be intelligent enough to, well.... READ THE NAME OF THE APP.... It's called Emojis TWITTER. I'll give you all a second to ponder that and try and figure out what that great mystery really means.... Okay, for those who realized it, it's still sad someone had to point it out. Now for those who are still clueless, since it's prolly fairly likely you can't feed yourself either, I'll explain. 1.) You HAVE to be logged into your twitter account for it to send the emojis to someone. 2.) Since im such a nice person.... if you want to just see what they look like a.) Click the "Apps" button on left of the bookmarks bar b.) type in chrome://apps Either one of those work.
