Fluently: AI-powered English tutor

I paid $0.99 for a Premium trial that was advertised as a 90% discount. The payment went through successfully, but Premium never activated in the app. Support later told me that my subscription is stuck in an “incomplete” state due to a technical issue. Meanwhile, the app showed me another offer to subscribe again - this time for $9.99. So I paid for the discounted offer, didn’t receive Premium access, and was then asked to pay again at the full price. I also tried logging out and signing back in as instructed, but it didn’t help. At this point I still haven’t received access to Premium. Honestly, this experience has been very frustrating, and I can’t recommend this app.

They charged me for a yearly subscription advertised as a monthly payment, then refused to refund me upon cancelling the next day!!

The extension doesn't work at all in Chrome for me either. I really regret wasting my money because it works poorly on my phone too.

Extension doesn't work with chrome. I downloaded the extension, logged in, and was prompted to download the extension again.

The Chrome extension used to work perfectly, but it has stopped functioning lately. It seems like it’s now only available on mobile.
