Seamless.AI

Seamless AI worked for a while, then for the second time, it logged me out and would not recognize SSO or email/password to sign back in. Was able to log in to the website through the magic link. but extension still wont work and cant login any other way but magic link to the website. I have cleared cash, uninstalled, restarted multiple times. This is the second time this has happened in my first 1.5 months of using it. And now the extension is useless.

Was the chrome extension just kicked from connecting on linkedin?

Seamless has predatory pricing terms. The software has a lot of dynamic and useful features and I wish I could offer a better review. Unfortunately, I do agree with the other 1-star reviews here. Be careful before you start an engagement with Seamless.ai

Scam service that sits behind a contract after a "loaded" demo and then fights you to cancel the contract after not being able to deliver the services that were demoed. Check out their BBB reviews. Save yourself the money and headache and use a different services.

Horrible extension. Crashes all the time and needing to remove it and add it back continuously.

Not quite sure how to rate this. I've used this extension in the past without problems, but now when I visit any site and click the popout it only shows up as blank white without any information. I don't know if it is from the most recent update or if it is user error on my part. Obviously I will update my review when I see it is fixed.

All I get is "Oops... It looks like we could do better here, but right now we couldn’t find any results. We recommend that you check the spelling or enter some different search terms and we will continue whipping our AI into better shape."

The extension crashes and won't work despite deleted and reinstalling. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone for tech support. I do not recommend it.

Waste of time :(

when you sign a year contract the sales people tell you that you have 30 days to cancel your service and get a refund. When you comply they refuse to do so. Also, you are promised 1000's of contacts per search and at best you can pull about 200.

The extension does not work. It asks you to connect your e-mail, I asked you why this was necessary and they said it was because the extension "works where I work". I doubt that because the extension never works. The sales guy is way too pushy trying to get you to be a paying customer but paying for what exactly? A piece of software that doesn't work? No thank you. Also, why the hell do you need access to my e-mail? Same guy I was talking to said because it reads the "signatures" but they never read the body of the e-mail. Hey guess what genius... the signature is in the body of the e-mail. I also noticed that they're stealing my LinkedIn cookies for god knows what purposes. I will be reporting this extension to the chrome store and to LinkedIn. I hope you go out of business.

it does absolutely nothing. The "AI" is non-existent

Bounce rate over %18, phone numbers dont work. We have invested in this for the past two years and are pulling out. The UI is great and the capturing and lead management, but at the end of the day the data is wrong. Those with better data capture please find me :)

I mean, this program has great useability but MY GOD. $147 PER MONTH for the most basic plan? I'm a student that's freelancing to save up for school, and every single program similar to this will only give you 5 or so emails before charging you. This program works great, but could easily be way more affordable.

Inaccurate results

My office used to love Seamless, but it has become the bane of our existence since they made the extension appear on LinkedIn as a side tab instead of on each individual profile. Please change it back!!

Not quite seamless! With this extension installed I no longer have a functioning back button on LinkedIn, and also now have an annoying side window that pops up on every LinkedIn profile. It's a shame...
