Completely Unacceptable & Misleading Practices This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I stopped actively using the service long ago, yet payments continued. There was no meaningful support, no proper communication, and no accountability. When I contacted them regarding the issue, instead of resolving it responsibly, they simply stated that refunds are not possible and that βthis is how subscriptions work.β Calls go unanswered. Messages are ignored or delayed. Promises of proper support and faster response were not fulfilled. If a company continues charging without ensuring customer satisfaction or active service usage, and then refuses to take responsibility, that reflects very poorly on their business ethics. I strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing. I am considering escalating this matter further if it is not resolved appropriately.
Very poor experience after payment. Once the payment was made, communication almost stopped. I have been waiting for days without any proper response. Calls are not answered. Messages are ignored. They promised to create a group for faster support, but there is no response there either. Taking money from customers and then disappearing is unacceptable. If you cannot provide basic support, do not sell paid plans. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all unless they seriously improve their customer service.
EAZYBE is a SCAM: Unauthorized $150 Charge & Non-Existent Support. AVOID! This is an official EAZYBE review warning everyone about predatory business practices and non-existent customer support. AVOID EAZYBE. I lost access to my sign-in email after leaving a previous company. While I used my previous company email for registration, I personally paid for the subscription with my own money. For two months, I repeatedly contacted EAZYBE customer support on WhatsApp for help accessing my PAID account. They completely ignored the technical issue and only responded with a useless, canned reply: "make sure to sign in with your registered email." My paid subscription was unusable, and their support was completely useless. Two months before the renewal, I spoke to a sales rep (from a US number) and explicitly requested cancellation to prevent renewal. I was assured, "ok, will do." On September 23rd, they broke that promise and issued an unauthorized charge of $150 for a service I couldn't even log into. I contacted them just 23 hours later for an immediate refund and cancellation. They flat-out refused the refund, hiding behind a predatory 'no refund policy,' then proceeded to cancel the subscription but kept the cash. They essentially stole $150. EAZYBE is unreliable, dishonest, and their support is actively harmful. They fail to resolve basic account issues, lie about cancellation requests, and refuse refunds for services I personally paid for but couldn't use. Look elsewhere. Non existent support......the whatsapp page takes ages to respond and chooses the queries it wants to respond to.
Its a completely fake product does nothing at all. I wanted to go for CRM integration. I used their free trial and as soon i integrated, they actually do nothing but just add a custom button on your leads and contacts page and for that they charge you around 1200/- rupees/month. This you can easily get for free by using CRM coding option with basic coding skills, or a student from 2nd year will easily do that.
Beware. There is no way to cancel your subscription. Not on their website where you can update to a pricier subscription and not when explicitly asking them through their official communications channels.
IF you dont want to give free version then dont give. but dont torture customers by frequent pop up. so frequent that we cant even use whats app
It was totally a waste of money! And don't get me wrong: I tried it for MONTHS. I bought it to schedule messages, and at first it was only possible with my computer open (which was not clear). They stalled me enough saying that it would be featuring cloud scheduling "soon". I waited, when it was released I had to pay MORE to use it. So I did. And it doesn't work. It disconnects out of nowhere, the cloud scheduling simply fails and does not deliver messages. Bottom line: Wasted time and money.
I had tried to subscribe for monthly subscription. But I was charged for annual subscription. Yet Easybe is not so eazy. The chrome extension doesnt recognise me. I requested Eazybe to cancel my subscription and refund my amount but they refused. So please be careful that you are not the next victim. A suggestion for Eazybe team. Please allow all features for a limited time to free users to let them explore all the features before purchasing a subscription

Very helpful. The extension is full of bugs. The support team is very slow in response. The sales guy will stop responsing once you buy plans from them. It has been more that 15 days now that my issues have not beed resolved. There is not ticketing system neither any contact number. Would not recommend this to anyone.
Message scheduling is buggy and works unstable. The "manage subscription" option does not have the option to cancel it (I am awaiting instructions from technical support, which only works in the Indian time zone, to cancel my subscription).
Paid for pro subscription because of broadcasting feature, broadcasting feature doesn't work...
These guys are so lazy in refund process. I got charges on my Credit Card Rs. 1680 for 1 year account on 14th July without any notification or reminder. I am asking them for refund and cancel my account for more than one month (23rd Aug 2023), but instead acting and refunding money, they are just saying sorry and giving false comitment. I think they are either closed the project and kept their servers running for extra money or they are big cheaters like other IT SaaS companies in India. I suspect they are not in business, inspite lot of messages, no one is replying. They are BIG cheaters specially Sagar Dewan and Tushar from Easybe.You can't cancel your subscription running on your CC. You should not pay for this service, as you can't cancel it later. I got this feedback frome earlier customers here in Chrome extension. Google should block this extension, I am going report this to google and to my bank also!

This is in contrast to the initial installation issues, a few bugs here and there, and the imperfect congruence between what was advertised and reality (in particular, it is not true that it allows unlimited user profile tags). Pop-ups urging me to join a premium plan kept popping up even though I was already eligible to my LTD plan. Then notices concerning the expiration of my trial period began to be sent along with these messages! When I went to check because I was suspicious, it was as if by "magic" that my account had changed to a free account with a time restriction after which I would have lost all the advantages and settings I had made over the previous months. I'm specifically talking to the potential for categorizing communications using the crucial tags. I was so concerned that I phoned support, who told me that they would look into it with just seeming thoroughness. It was unfortunate that their guarantees were never met with a specific answer, let alone a fix for the issue that, again, was brought on by them. They even demanded that I write to a manβI can't remember who it wasβand urge them to step in! In order to assist you in solving an issue that you created, you are asking me, as your client, to take some action. This place is going nuts! They haven't solved anything yet, and they wouldn't have given me an update if I hadn't asked for it. The fact is that the time limit has passed and my account is now any free account, not the one I purchased from AppSumo. Avoid
It does not automatically send the scheduled messages. There is no documentation on how to cancel the subscription and they are no longer replying when we told them we want to deactivate our subscription.
Sales team would first solve paid users problems and then if required the free users... Multiple followups yet problem remains unsolved
BEWARE: This extension told me it needed access to my contacts for full functionality. Next thing I know, they spammed an email message to all of my contacts, saying that I had gifted them a free subscription, even though I did no such thing. Including to important people in my address book who don't appreciate such emails. Next time, just make a good app which will gain popularity, rather than resorting to sneaky & underhanded tactics to increase sales. DELETED. A lesson in privacy learned the hard way, don't make the same mistake as me.

The system is good and useful, but when I wanted to cancel my subscription, it simply wasn't possible. I followed all the steps in the help area, but when I clicked to cancel my subscription, the tab closed. But, ironically, if I clicked to improve my subscription, the page opens and gives me options. In addition, I tried to contact support, but guess what: I didn't get an answer (maybe because I selected that I wanted to cancel my subscription). If you're looking for a system that is useful and that serves you well after you subscribe to it, EazyBe is definitely not for you!
Decent software but buggy. Very overpriced for what it is and poor customer support. Paid >$600 for 3 users, and wanted to add another user and it went to >$800. Would not recommend. Due to an error, even though I've paid, I have not had access to my account for over a week. No offer of refund or compensation. Would strongly recommend other providers.

A bit overwhelming to setup, asking for reviews BEFORE you actually get to see it working, a bit presumptuous. Its taken all my previous stored contacts and then re-allocated them somewhere ELSE. So Losing my mind trying to get in order. This review remains open till actual testing and results delivered.
If I look at the application, it's good, but it's still confusing why the APK was made
The automatic functionality of tags such as "Need Reply" and "Awaiting Reply" is not currently working. These tags will only appear in the message list after they have been manually added. (WhatsUp+ for WhatsAppβ’ Web is way better and perfect solution for this) Additionally, access to key features such as Settings, Analytics, and Integration is restricted until a company has been created. However, creating a company is a Pro feature that only provides seven days of access. I'm attempting to understand why this is the case.
While using whats app website it do not show the Quick replies which is already added in your whats app business. It reflect the thin line from which we have to understand what message that quick replly context else we have to create all the quick reply again in extension which is not right. rest everything is fine

What happens to notes attached to a phone number, when we open whatsapp in different pc or browser. Will it be there? If yes, then where does this data is saved, on your server? if on your server, then is it encrypted?
