You can also switch to file mode and load your pdf content. You can easily jump to a specified page in your pdf and start the listening from that point. Besides this, you can change the reading language, and the reading speed, and jump freely between sections and pages. I created this extension to help people as my friend who lives with vision impairment. I am happy to receive feedback and future improvements ideas about my extension.
