GoodBye keepa . You pu a 200 limit, and no way to manage actual notification to go back under 200 . I have no choice but to pay 300$/y to even go down under the limit. you could have asked me 1 cts/follow per months and i would have gladly paid but you are too greedy , I dont need anything else beyond notif and i won't pay 10cts/follow there is alternative like CamelCamelCamel and you failed converting me into a paid customer . that's a bad move because some people including me would have paid

Started to charge 29€ per month, it went fom 5000 tracks to 200 on free plan. Are you guys crazy?!?! 29€ per month ?!?!?! That should be a one time payment instead.... Time to move to camel camel camel !!!

1 star Keepa drastically reduced my watched products from 5000 to 200, then pushes a €29/month subscription to get 10,000. This feels like a bait-and-switch paywall change with no fair transition for existing users. The extension is basically unusable for me now—transparent communication and a reasonable grandfathering/upgrade path are needed.

Out of the blue, without any warning, they reduced the number of trackable items from almost unlimited to 200 unless you pay a 29 € a month subscription: this makes the app pretty much unusable for casual users.

When I open it, Kepa is not opening. It is asking for verification. When I click on this activation link, nothing appears. Please check your software and tell me why there is a problem.

We decided to close our store in 2026. Keepa billing came up and we stated the same day they renewed our yearly plan that we are no longer interested. They refused to help and said they would not refund even know we told them we did not want the service any longer. We got our bank and credit card company involved and it was a real mess. AVOID as they bill and will not help when you try to cancel.

The last thing I needed was to add to the complexity by being asked to prove I'm a human completing yet another Captcha test. It didn't stay on my system for 5 minutes. If I could score zero, that's what I'd give it. Quite simply, devs need something better than Captcha. When looking for something I search, I open up the top 5 or 6 results in separate tabs and if I get the irritation of Captcha I close the tab. Captcha costs sales. Find a method that doesn't give false positives.

Amazing tracker. Not possible to use in Belgium website which make it useless. But if you are on a compatible country, it's great, use it, I did for many many years.

This no longer works, and for the developer who keeps responding that they are no known issues, they are hundreds of recent reviews telling you its not working and you have not updated this since Feb 6th, 2025, so stop replying automatic replies and actually do something to fix this extension. Cause currently it no longer works.

This extension is clearly manipulated and displays misleading price tracking data. On April 14th, I checked the price history of a specific product, and it showed ₹260.70 for April 6th. However, when I checked the same graph for the same product again today (April 16th), it now shows ₹349.50 for April 6th. They seem to be in cahoots with Amazon, deceiving customers who rely on their tracking tools in good faith.

No Amazon.pl usless.......

Lately, the extension hasn't been showing price history for many items over the past week. It's a great tool when it works, but its reliability has been slipping. I hope they address these issues soon—I'll update my review if they do.

Do NOT pay for the premium. It's not what they state it is. Keep to the free version only, or you will regret it. Support is terrible and really unhelpful.

USE Less , I was Using with the team member it was great but after some time they block the account in sharing case , it was good but now its not worth it bcz its too expensive as well , i will just say to others kindly leave this tool and move on even it block the account with the only single member as well i am moving on another tools.

At least keepa have to provide 15 day or 30 day trial because there are many students who are learning amazon courses. So, you have to provide trial, because it will help students to learn how amazon work and how to use keepa. This is a draw back. Other alternative like Buy bot pro also provide 30 day trial.

This plugin is nice, but it is NOT nice when using a dark mode plugin. can you add full graphs ie: the bars are full and not just a stupid line? That would make it look really cool in dark mode!

They always block your account without any proof of account sharing.. they are looting clients. We purchase it for 30 days and they block access within 2 days and donot return the payment also,, they are earning without serving and that is unfair,, boycott this tool to make them feel that we have paid you for 30 days services not for 2 days

Beware, They had data breach and password and email gets changed. Week After restoration of account they again blocked and blam for multiple users using, But no one is using except one person. BEWARE. Scame, read trustpilot reviews as well FYI @Keepa, I asked multiple times share the login logs so I can see how you determine multiple users using but no one replied , I have sent multiple email since last week but as you dont have any solid proof so not able to share any activity detail which tells that multiple users are using. I am again saying only one user is using my login, so rather copy paste the same reply fix your software and sort problem properly, you take money so work with users rather threaten them
