keeps saying turn off ad blocker when trying to run code

this has a SOOO OLD version of EVERY COMPILER. IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE scanf() FUNCTION

Tells me I must disable ad block to use, but I am not using an ad blocker? I know it is a free tool, but whoever coded this needs lessons in coding themselves.

The cursor in the editor appears on the screen to be one character behind where it actually is. So when you make a change, the change you get is not what you wanted. There are 4 different compilers for c++ but all four of them gave the same wrong encipherment of MARY HAD A LITTLE LAMB when I ran my c++ Enigma program. I pasted my program into the console of an online C++ compiler/editor and it gave me the correct answer. Also, there was no problem using the cursor.

Console.ReadLine() just doesnt work?

It's showing unauthorised from some days whenever I run a code,please fix it
