SPOI Options

Most of the negative reviews here focus on the paid aspect, but that isn't what's really wrong with this - While I (personally) felt they were up-front about being a paid service, the extension itself is ABSOLUTELY NOT worth paying ANYTHING for. It would barely even be worth getting even if it were free. Most of the functions are redundant - YouTube ITSELF already provides most of what this extension charges you for. The features not covered by YouTube - namely, blocking ads - are either done much better by other extensions for free, or are so minor and simple - like mouse wheel/keyboard shortcuts or blocking parts of the page - you could probably make an extension for it yourself. Don't waste your time.

I knew in advance the app service wasn't free, I was fine with that, what bothered me was that they go through huge lengths to hide the cancel button, don't waste your time or energy on any service like this, I'll probably never use any of googles chrome subscription apps ever again.

It wants money for you to actually use this thing. It says free and then WHOOPS you have to pay. I don't recommend this to people who do not wanna spend money.

Not worth $2 per month fee

They were smart when had a unique solution potientially used by millions. This could make them a good reputation and sell their other products. But semmingly they are not so smart whick makes them the Not So Smart People In A Melted Puddle.

You should at least offer some of the options for free and have other options for premium users if you want to charge for the service. I rate 1 star because of the need for you to charge for this extension.

Great idea, but there's far better free alternatives. All I want is to disable DASH.

Well, it does something clever, but compared to the myriad of free alternatives... no thanks.

I use the free yet good Magic Options for Youtube instead... More professional and works better

Why the fee? It would be ten times better if they had a one-time fee but the recurring fee has to be working against them.

Greed is sin. Asking monetary subscription for extension of free browser is just plain stupid.

This was one of the first Youtube options extensions, and it was GREAT. Then, they tried this pay for use nonsense. Now there are literally 10s of other extensions out there that do the same thing.

Might want to plan a new career move...or new career entirely, judging by the resounding one-star opinion of your current audience.

this app is not worth it to pay a monthyl fee of 1.99$

Someone decided it would be a good idea to hide this app behind a paywall. Well, that's a good way to stop users from using your app. Uninstalled and I will not recommend it to anyone further.

Before they hid this once amazing extension behind a pay wall I would of recommended it to everyone, not anymore. It's seriously not worth the subscription.

Pay monthly extension, for what you can do in YouTube Center for free albeit via a manual extension install? Screw that for a laugh. Do yourself a favour and search YouTube Center
