It automatically logs you into a website where you do work. But before you can use it, you need to ask permission from an administrator. The administrator checks to make sure your request is okay and meets certain rules. If it's okay, they allow you to login and you can use the website. But if it's not okay, they deny it and you can't use the website. Once you're approval, you can use the website and all its features.
