why are all of these exiting back to to original video?

I am on Opera GX so I don't know if that's causing the issue but the extension just doesn't work at all. The Alt + P thing doesn't work, and I watched and copied the Super PiP video but it doesn't work for me.

Has a mind of its own, difficult to control. I keep getting the whole page blank with a little square with the streaming video in placemark. Not good enough.

It doesn't scale proportionally when you resize it; instead, it opens up scrollbars on the bottom and side. There is also a little button "Remove borders" that turns the scrollbars, or any empty, white space off (eg if you resize it tall, you get empty white space at the bottom). That is just Terrible. The size of the window can only get a certain size and cannot get any bigger, unless you hit fullscreen. There is no fullscreen. It doesn't remember any settings, not even size, or last position. You cannot left click the window and move it; you have to click on the title bar to move it around. It has a title bar. Yuck. At least you can pause the video with the spacebar.

I use YouTube exclusively. What I appreciate about Chrome's default PIP is that it floats over all other windows, allowing me to interact with the video while using all of my desktop space for other things. The only thing missing from the original Chrome YouTube PIP is the ability to access and use the video controls while the original YouTube video's tab is completely buried by other tabs or windows. This product does not do that. I'm giving it one star because I feel the developer is being deceptive as I read through other reviews. This product does as much to enhance the PIP experience as would the garbage in the bin next to me. This extension is rubbish.

One star because the developer uses another account called "Jerry Smith" to comment on all other PiP extensions saying this one is better because it has video controls, which it hasn't in the most common use: Youtube. That's not fair, it is lying to people and dishonest competition.

Sorry, I wanted this playback control to work, but it only work with the original chrome browser window behind the PIP and controls! That sort of defeats the entire purpose! So the end result doesn't add more than the original Chrome PIP.

I'm sad that the playback bar doesn't work for me. I tried to do as the admin says, reloaded the page, refreshed the page, click and unclick the icon, and click out to another tab. When I refresh the page, the playback bar does appear but it's useless, I move the controls and press the buttons but nothing works, and when I go to another tab, it disappears.

Not working on Youtube. No playback controls.

Just a warning, it works great but if you inspect the network activity, it sends literally every URL you visit along with some metadata regarding that URL to Google Analytics.

Subtitles/Closed captions seen to randomly stop working in the PIP window

Has one of the best functions and layouts of all the PiP's I tested on here, but it has one major issue. When a new video starts either from a skip or the video ending the volume is turned all the way up for a second before it adjusts back to normal. Without that this would be a great extension. As is it falls into the annoying/not worth using over others category.

Subtitles not working in Disney+

After using for a while, the pop up screen turned white and have to close and reopen again. Also, after a while, the subtitle won't show anymore. (Even when close and reopen)

I can not get the subtitles to show. Subtitles are enabled on Disney+, I am using Chrome, and when I put PiP on the subtitles turn very small but they stay in the main browser window instead of showing in the Super PiP window. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times, closed browser and even restarted PC in between, but subtitles are not getting transferred from the main window. Edit: Seems to work in Netflix, just not on Disney+

While this pip has a more complete media player control than others, for some reason when I try to mute a video in pip, it would only mute for a moment and unmute back on its own. the same goes when I try to change the volume

What does Super PiP work on? Doesn't work on youtube and I don't really use streaming services so is PiP just not for me?

Like many other PIP extensions, only show the play/pause butons. Not the bar to move forward/backward or the volume controls. If you only want a pip resizable windows, this is ok. If you wants more control, this is not.

Good app, but onscreen controls do not show. Would give more stars if it did what it claims. Only the pause button shows for me.

Doesn't work for Udemy, please fix it. You can pause, play the video. forward, backward buttons doesn't work properly.

the reason why i install this is to show caption on PiP in Youtube and bilibili. Bilibili simply doesn't work but i guess it's probably because of the site. on youtube, it works, but when i show the caption the pip show scrollbar both side and bottom which kinda annoys me. if the scrollbar thing wont appear when i turn on the subtitle this extension surely 5star. also, would be nice if you can add the caption toggle in the PiP control and have more clear shortcut explained at least in option (i accidentally found pressing S or E scale the interface but no any indicator that the key actually does that)

Has potential and is one of the better PiP extensions available for Vivaldi browser. But it does not reliably support subtitles, at least in Youtube.
