Scam company. I took a trial and after a couple of hours I decided that I didn't like it and tried to cancel the trial. But guess what, you CAN"T do it yourself. Surprise. You will have to tell them to cancel the trial. And you know what they do? They tell you that they will pass your case to another "department" to cancel the trial and the other "department" will tell you that they will pass your case to another "department". 24 emails back and forth and they still haven't cancel the trial I send my email 1 hour after getting the trial and now it's the 4th day and they haven't gotten back to me. Image if it was the last day. Scam company. Don't even take a trial with them because they will never cancel your trial and charge your card

could not even figure out how to register or anything. Far to many hoops to jump. Don't have time to download far to many extensions etc. sad face

Honoring the Past, Speaking My Truth I’ve used this CRM for over 5 years, and I’m incredibly grateful for what it gave me — structure, growth, and a way to run my business smarter. Most of all, I valued the leadership and heart that came from the original founder. His vision made this more than just a tool. He made people feel seen. He built it on trust. Since his passing, everything has changed. The heart is gone. The new leadership seems driven by greed, not service. Promises and contracts are no longer honored. The values he stood for… are no longer present. This isn’t written with anger — it’s written with deep sadness and respect. I won’t be part of something that no longer honors the legacy of someone who built it the right way. To those looking into this CRM: ask questions, do your homework, and make sure what you’re walking into aligns with your values. I’ll forever be grateful to the founder — and I refuse to let what he built be forgotten.

Something you need to be aware of if you subscribe to this extension: since there is no way to unsubscribe on your own in the app's interface or in your own account, make sure you sign up with Paypal so that you can cancel the auto-renewal when you need to from Paypal. Second: If you are planning to cancel, make sure you do so closer to your rebill date to get the full amount you paid for out of the subscription. My last rebill was on June 21; manually canceled the subscription today via Paypal (7/3), and the use of the app was terminated immediately. Like literally, if I try to log in, the app says, "User suspended." So I did not even get my full final month out of the app, which should have lasted until 7/21 like 99% of all apps do when you end your subscription. And there was no financial credit given for the unused time. So subscriber, beware. Had the subscription for 3 months, but what I've outlined above is the reason I cannot give this app a 5-star rating.
