Worst product on the market. Like most of the users, i cant connect it. Stay away from Keepkey and Shapeshift. They are the worst, and i hope that soon they will be out of the business. They deserve it

Havent even put any coins into the wallet. It wont even connect to my accounts. Ive had this wallet for about two years and never used it. Just set it up. It sucks.

I got BTC on my wallet and cant connect, on shapeshift its marked that my wallet is empty...

Hardware great, software is the most frustrating, anxiety inducing mess you could imagine. Guaranteed not to work. Either it doesn't detect the device at all or hangs loading. I tried pairing the device to the beta shapeshift portal with KeepKey integration only to find that it wouldn't read any BTC assets. Put the recovery phrase into another wallet and all assets unsurprisingly show. It's a shame as the hardware is great but what use is that without reliable software. I'm over the stress and frustration. It's going in the bin.

Device just sits on "Loading Accounts for hours". Terrible product.

Keepkey does not work. He is stunned. I do not recommend it. I lost more than $ 200 dollars. Buying KK for cheap is expensive.

WORST APP EVER FOR THE WORST PRODUCT EVER. This program works less than 25% of the time. The other 75%, the screen is stuck on "Loading account balance" and never proceeds. THIS IS THE SAME ACROSS 4 DIFFERENT COMPUTERS. **STAY AWAY**

Had Keepkey for a couple of years, was working fine. Shapeshift integration broke the firmware. It is really bad, can't get it to load at all. No support whatsoever. Really terrible.

Don't loose your time and even money with this device. Buy a Trezor or Ledger instead. Horrible "No keepkey detected" 9 out of 10 times, hard work to make it connect again...

Hi Cant even get it initialized. i bought two. wont update versions i can go on and on. both had different problem that couldnt over come. stay away. steve

High chance loosing your fund. device sometimes works sometimes not.

I have error - "No keepkey detected"

Set it up and moved a nominal amount over to test. Worked fine. Just logged in 2 months later and the splash screen comes up on the device but nothing detected on the pc extension. Very concerning.

Terrible Support. I have been trying for over a week to deposit BTC into trading site and does nothing. Support is very slow and not helpful. So now, I have my coin stuck on this device an can't deposit. Ugh... What to do???

I was looking forward to getting this device. It sounds like a secure way to store your crypto. It worked fine the first couple of times, opened just like it should. I transferred crypto onto the device and from the device. ( By the way : the fees to do so are horrendous!) Then I left it a few weeks and tried opening the extension to see if some more altcoins had been added - like the team keeps promising. The extension wouldn't open. It took a few tries. This is not what I expected to happen. It gave me quite a fright. When it did finally open I did a firmware update. Then I looked at the currencies supported, only to find that it's still only BTC, ETH, LTC, DASH, BCC and DOGE. What happened with the 'loads more to come'. I'm weary of this device. I didn't like that the extension simply wouldn't open. I will get something more reliable, like the Trezor, instead.

Absolutely horrible device, fees are ridiculous, unreliable staffing, loading accounts and converting freezes no matter what advise the "support team" provides. Myself as other 15 partners are experiencing this issue. Resolve his in a timely manner to move all funds to a different hardware.

Worked great for a while. Then getting stuck on "Preparing transaction". Support is a joke, they send the same pre-written replies, over and over. no good!!

Stay away from KeepKey. Unreliable hardware and the client is very rarely updated. Slow access to bitcoin forks and unresponsive support team. I recently switched to Ledger Nano S and have had a great experience

Worked fine for a while - now its just stuck on "loading accounts." The silver lining is that my Ether is so safe, that even I can't get to it. Maybe that's the point. A quick Google search shows I am not the only one with this problem - for something that serves such an important purpose, Id expect a degree of reliability. Currently shopping for alternative wallets.

i Was excited to get this device due to all that it was supposed to do. Its a cool little device and initialization went without a hiccup. the second time i tried to use it I had a hard time launching the app. It has not worked since. I wrote to customer support and received an e-mail stating that they would get back with me shortly. That was 4 days ago. I have requested a refund. BTW only 5 currencies supported and no others in the short term horizon

Keepkey will not allow me to transfer coins to any destination it just says it's preparing for the transaction. Also Keepkey does not respond to my 2 support emails for more than 48 hours . I deleted the extensions and added what seems to be the latest versions but still it does not work and neither does the support staff.

During transaction exchange RLC to BTC, ShapeShift taked me all RLC and ETH on fee. Is possible that ShapeShift has way for taking money from KeepKey? On blockchain scan ETH, RLC is possible see it... They did 60.000 same transactions with this new form scams... My ETH for looking: 0x81c14eb0db437167f5774b00e107a7b62047aa3b ... And also, after my contributions about this thing I cant open/connect my KeepKey with PC... And what was doing KeepKey and ShapeShift after my communication with them? (Their staffs was doing from my stupid guest and they dont know nothing...I know,they cant write true...)

"No keepkey detected" is horrible error in the middle of a trade.

When I ordered KeepKey, Multibit was still supported. I ordered the device based on that support. There are some great features, but I'm not interested in paying to put my coins on the device. I can't import any of my wallets. I'm frustrated.

The device is cool, but the chrome extension is very week. It doesn't do real-time currency display. It doesn't natively work with ShapeShifting. You can delete unused wallets. It has a long way to go software wise.

This app is so unreliable. More times than not it just hangs after entering pin indefinitely saying "Loading accounts... Please wait..." and never actually works.

I don't understand all of the bad reviews here. Some simple unplugging and debugging resolves almost all of these issues. I wish the selection of currencies was better, but it still works well for what it does.
