Telegram Message Generator

The user sets a message that he wants to send. The user sets the telegram bot token which will be the message's sender. According to the telegram bot token, the application grabs all chats where this bot participates as a member. Afterward, the user selects a specific chat to send the message. Eventually, a user hits the button generate and the application generates a link into the telegram to the message that is going to be sent on behalf of the telegram bot to the specific chat
