github-blob-link-copy enables you to copy GitHub blob links easily!
The step:
1. Select line range by pressing line numbers in a blob page
2. Use copy shortcut Ctrl + C or Cmd + C
You can skip the first step if you do not need to specify any range.
In addition, double-copying (like double-clicking) makes the permalink.
