# Dev Inspector Extension A browser extension for developers to inspect elements, copy their HTML/CSS, and capture screenshots. Features Inspect Mode: Toggle inspection mode on/off. Copy Code: Copies the `outerHTML` and computed CSS of the hovered element. Screenshot: Captures a screenshot of the specific element you are hovering over. Shortcuts Alt + Y: Copy HTML & CSS of the hovered element. Alt + S: Take a screenshot of the hovered element. Usage 1. Click the extension icon in the toolbar. 2. Toggle the switch to **Enable**. 3. Hover over any element on a webpage. 4. Use the floating toolbar to: a. Copy Code: HTML and CSS will be copied to your clipboard. b. Screenshot: A PNG of the element will be downloaded. Notes - Ensure you have permission to download files if prompted. - Fixed positioning elements might behave differently in screenshots.
