Misleading Marketing Claims & Risk of WhatsApp Account Block I subscribed to Blueticks after seeing claims about running unlimited WhatsApp campaigns. However, a critical limitation is not clearly disclosed before purchase: you cannot run WhatsApp campaigns to customers who have not explicitly opted in (for example, customers who have merely saved your number). If you attempt to run such campaigns, WhatsApp can block or restrict your account, putting your business number at serious risk. This makes the service unsafe and unusable for many real-world marketing use cases. This restriction is positioned as a WhatsApp policy issue only after subscription, not clearly communicated before payment, which is misleading for businesses evaluating campaign tools. I have tried the paying basic version, the one that has a price of 9 $/month, and I see that it does not meet the minimum that one would expect. A system that requires the PC to be turned on to send saved messages is absolutely useless. If you are not able to send messages on your account, it is useless. And the price for something useless is not worth it.

I paid for the Pro plan so that messages would be sent while the computer is offline, and for three days I havenβt been able to connect. The human support that I was promised has not contacted me on time, and right now Iβm paying for a service Iβm not receiving. Very disappointing.
I can't scan the QR code to use scheduled messages while the PC is off. I paid for the expensive plan to do that, and now it won't let me connect. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.

if you want to use schedule post using this extension, you web browser must be always open which is bad feature. And next thing is that we have to pay $45 per month for offline schedule post. we can't affoard. please make it free.
The schedule send option doesn't work for sending a message a few hours later. It does work for sending just a few minutes later...this hasn't been a helpful solution for me.
Terrible user experience & They don't mention that they'll include their own website when you send messages using this extension!
I was a customer for months. My credit card was replaced by the bank, and I didnβt update the number on 'Blueticks.' When I went to update it, they increased the price from 5 to 9. I tried to explain my situation to the company, but they didnβt resolve it. I do not recommend them. Get the service from another company instead!
The description should be clearer regarding the "free" version. It is obviously a trial version. I was only able to use the free scheduler twice. Now when I select the scheduler, it pops up with a message to upgrade. I'm removing the extension. Very disappointed.
Today it stopped working, when you try to schedule a message it hangs and freezes. Started looking into Whatsapp scheduler, looks promising.

It didn't allow me to schedule any messages at all, not even one at a time, in the free version. Every time I tried scheduling one, the only option given was to upgrade. It just doen't work or do what's promissed. Also, highly inconvenient free version as well. What could possibly be the point of programming a message if I have to be connected and on the computer to send it? Don't want to sound mean, but seems to me the free version is useless. Didn't provide any motivation whatsoever to acquire your product.
There is no option to cancel the subscription. My suggestion is not to buy it. Otherwise it will be very troublesome.

My login is hdc.hcampos@gmail.com. Payment is up to date but it is not working If I log in via WhatsApp it says that my plan is free and it doesn't work even if I have paid for the basic package. However, if I go directly to the website it says that my plan is the correct one, basic, and that payment is up to date.
Once a post is scheduled, within an hour, this post is going up on the channel only one post a minute. In sixty minutes, 60 posts are going up. How can I fix it?

i paid the bigest version and the app is disconneting by himself what a mess ! it sends the messages but sometimes it doesn't... i scheduled a messages for yesterday 20:30 but nothing happened and suddenly the scheduled message disappeared
I downloaded Blueticks to help me schedule messages. At first, I was able to do so after upgrading from the "Free" account. Then, later in the day, and STILL THROUGH TO TODAY, I am unable to schedule messages, and it is telling me I'm still on the free account. I paid over $300 for this, and I'm super disappointed. The schedule feature is the only thing I need, and now i've wasted $380+ dollars on a useless extension. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I've logged out, logged back in, removed the extension, re-added the extension. Nothing works.
I've been using Blueticks for a long time, but this time I experienced problems where I couldn't send messages using the schedule feature, there was no logo which is usually there to use the automatic message sending feature. Is this a bug or is it undergoing maintenance?

I paid the Scheduler Plan and then I realised I couldn't enjoy all the scheduling functionality I was expecting. I still couldn't enjoy the 'connect' feature to be able to make my scheduled messages be sent while my device or browser is off. Their Plans & Pricing page does not explain that, though it's in another more text-crowdy areas I didn't notice. The "Scheduling Plan" naming is confusing. It suggests it includes all scheduling capabilities while it doesn't. I feel a bit fooled. Maybe I should have read better but their communication about all this is confusing. Anyway, paying the full product while I don't need the whole of it, makes no sense to me. I cancelled.
This is such an amazing app. and then it just stops working, meaning the messages i have scheduled, plus my daily workflow is totally screwed. I hate it so much. It really ruins my day. If there were ANY other solution, I would use it.
Unreliable! for businesses. Do not use it as you can not rely on it. Information dissapears, tasksbar dissapear. As usual a horrible experience, buggy for years now, no customer service. Unclear how to use it and who needs a paid account and who does not. There seems to be a lof of conflicting options that does not work well with WA. We worked on it for few monts to use the task bar. Now the taskbar suddenly dissapeared for the entire team. All our scheduled tasks gone for the next few months. There is also no back up arranged. Gone is gone. Also creating a new work spaces does not work well and can not be deleted once you have created one. Great now we can spend the next two weeks again scheduling meetings and look for a new taskbar planner that works. There is one thing that works, is adding a new WA telephone nr without saving it to your mobile phone.

Worst support ever! I engage you to NEVER use this extension. If you encounter a problem, they will not help you or even answer. I have been struggling for more than 2 months to get support and they stopped replying. They won't even refund as I am a pay client. Their plug-in for whatsapp seems somehow good at first, but it began to work badly by : - not sending the messages at desired times - not sending messages at all - making messages disapear as you had never even wrote them This makes it as an unusable app and that you cannot rely on. You would be almost ok if there was a support, but there is not. Walk away from this company or their service, worst than anything you can find elsewhere.

Scam. Barelly works properly and does not offer you any way to cancel the subscription. There is simply no way to request the cancelation on the platform. The e-mail adress they provide for this also does not exist. I have had to block my credit card in order to stop being charged.
Free version is not working requesting an upgrade!
In my experience, for the schedule to work...that is to send a message at a desired time, your WhatsApp window on your laptop/desktop must be open and active. If your laptop is closed, schedule sending of message will not work.
Dear developer you promised to contact me and fix the problems I face . i schedule some messages and when they are poster they reposted alone after 2 hours . that cause me problems with my group members . i sent you many messages and you never answer them . so disappointed cause if you want to success at less give a support .
I have been using it since 2022, and now the time is 3 hours behind, in relation to Buenos Aires time, so what we have here in send time is 3 hours later and cannot be modified! Since November 12 it has worked like this and it cannot be modified, so you cannot plan the use of the tool! We need this difficulty to be resolved regarding the shipping schedule, which is fixed in New York time and cannot be modified.
Buyer beware! I subscribed to the $3 plan to test the service and after many back and forth emails with support, they refuse to activate my subscription. The subscription screen showed an error, but the money was deducted from my credit card. I sent them my bank statement, a screenshot of error page, everything they asked for and then they just stopped responding to my emails. This is fraud and I hope law enforcement catches up with these scammers.
URGENT! Dear all, it's been almost a week since I purchased the Campaigner license via Paypal (considering I wasn't able to add it directly on the Bluieticks website) and so far it hasn't been activated. It doesn't even appear on my profile. We have a series of campaigns running and I was stuck because the tool didn't work. I urgently request your support and solution of the case, as we trust the tool and now it leaves us in the lurch. Thank you in advance for your attention and I look forward to hearing from you soon. It doesn't work!
While this is a fantastic app and has cut my workload tremendously - the support is ZERO. I have been trying to contact the developers for almost two months now and I am just not getting any response at all. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, after 3 months of waiting I changed the review, but this time I am really annoyed and extremely disappointed in the service which is non-existent.
for me... totally scam. after waiting and waiting for solution - payment not reimbursed and now nobody answer my emails... nice move! never work and as per the client service even with the payment shown my account never exist. Again... 100% scam!
The app itself works wonderfully - but DO NOT UPGRADE!!!! Its a fraudulent scheme. They happily take your money off your account EVERY month - but that "powered by Blue Ticks" messages stays on the messages. Oh - and don't try contacting them because NO-ONE comes back to you!!!! This is the 3rd month I am paying for a service not being rendered - there is also nowhere where you can go and cancel the subscription yourself - so beware.
Horrible support simply takes to long. 1. Support can only be contacted by the main website. Once logged into your account there is no way to contact support. 2. There is no link to the mainwebsite once logged in or even when you log out, there is no link to the main website. 3. No to little reply on your complaints, not efficiently solved or they ask more then nescessary. Every reply takes more then a few hours if not a day or at all. So there is a lot of wasting of time. 4. Poor explaination when is someone a team member, or have to increase my team members in order to make this sharing app work. It is a sharing app, where you can share task boards. But it is entirely unclear how this all relates to the people you share your task boards with. They need to be a paid member too or are they are free guests, they have acces to the tasks boards once you have a paid account and share it with them without needing a account themselves ?? Do they need to have the same member ship as you in order to make it work ? You can see that you can make a task board, some plans offer max 2 boards. But you only create a board for one of your contacts as that is the maximum amount of boards you can make with one person, so one task boards already equals one contact you share it with... so what is the point of unlimited taskboards and selecting the amount of members ??? Also you can add teamembers at additional prices, will they have acces and they need also a plan or can they use a free plan as they would need to install this app in order to use it ??? But free plan have limitations. How this works if I have a paid plan and they have a free plan ? If you do not get my explaination it is exactly what it is, I do not get it either... So far the task bars are not working. Once you log out the task bar will not come back to the whatsapp so you have to keep a seperate link to the cloud where the tasks are kept. If you dont know you will think all the task you have set up are gone. I asked helpdesk to explain how this exactly works as if I take a membership does the person where i share my tasks with also have to have a membership plan ?? But i can not tell as it does not even work properly, also there is no really good explaination how this works. The plans are not that cheap if you do not really know what you are getting. Heavily dissapointed and over the last 6 months nothing has changed.
They broke something and make the whole UI/UX much more complicated.
