ESCB-PKI user certificate enrollment

This extension enables the management of cryptographic devices (smartcards and/or tokens) for European System of Central Banks PKI users. Some of the operations included are: key generation, certificate and key storage, certificate and key removal, change user PIN. Requires the base software ESCBPKIuserCertEnrollment, available at http://pki.escb.eu/epkweb/en/support.html.
