Stole my money after a year and seven months from when I canceled my subscription, and it was 5x the amount I had originally paid. Give me my money back.

They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. They do not e-mail you or let you know that you are still paying for this extension. Very predatory; Stay away. P.S: This did not help for my biological psychology class. Gave me wrong answers for my tests.

Does not work and would guess most of these reviews are fake/paid for. Discord server for support is full of users complaining that they just took the money, and nothing actually works. Extension loads but doesn't actually do anything.

I payed for it, made my key, followed the youtube video instructions, and got scammed. Please give me a refund. It doesn't work

UPDATE: They made fraudulent charges on my card randomly over a year after I cancelled my subscription. I emailed, they said they would fix it and refund me, said this was an accident. Got charged again, went to email and their email is shut down. Never got refunds for any charges. They stole my money! I'm giving it 4 stars because there are areas for improvement but from what I've found it is the best out there. - The instructions could be better for setting up the API key. My credits were expired and I did not know that. - They could be more upfront with the fact that it costs $5 a month AND you have to purchase your own API key (very easy to do and totally understandable). - I think they need a professional email with automated responses set up. Personally I hate Discord and I think it's very unprofessional and cumbersome on so many levels. - It would be tremendously helpful if they made it so that when you click off of the extension (to type in the answers it gives) the extension does not go away. When this happens you have to reopen the extension and reinput the question. This forces you to copy and paste the answer it gives you into a different sticky note so that you can see what it says as you type it in the answer box by hand. A lot of extra unnecessary steps that would be eliminated by simply making the box stay open when you click off of it. - When you highlight a question, it will autogenerate a response for you. This does not go away unless you click the "x" BUT this textbox is uneditable. It would be helpful if you could edit the text (ie. question you highlight) because for the chemistry problems especially, the system does not recognize certain characters and you need to retype/edit them by hand. - The system could be improved to recognize more characters. It does not recognize subscripts for example - It would be helpful if it stored even a little bit of history so you could click back to see the previous questions you asked and its previous answers. It takes a lot of extra time when you have to edit problems and then you click off and it deletes them and you have to retype all over again. Or an even more common scenario- it gives the wrong answer so you have to clarify and tell it "*Note: the answer is not 'x'". It would save a lot of time if you could go back to your previously asked questions so you don't have to retype it. This would also be fixed by making it so the extension does not go away when you click off of it. Both features would be helpful. - It is not very good at math. Please teach it how to properly calculate significant figures (consistently) Overall, this is the best thing out there right now. Still lots of room for improvement.
