TradingView Alerts to MT4/MT5

I used over a year but stopped working couple days ago and there is no support at all, so don`t waste your time for that solution.

They don't give any support even when u are a subscriber that pay a monthly fee neither through email nor tradignview. If u run in some troubles u are done. There are a lot other products with same functionality, I recommend search through google or mql5 market. I cancel all my subscriptions. Worse customer service ever

Waste of time and money. Zero support, not sure whats going on with this guy.

Sent an email 1 month ago, no response. No support or help available. It used to work perfectly, now it does not. I followed the new guidelines (one tab only, chrome visible etc) and also I upgraded the Chrome Extension to 1.2.7, TradingConnector.exe to 1.0 and TradingConnectorEA to 1.30 and still have a problem when multiple alerts are fired at the exact same second, the TradingConnector only picks up some of them - so some alerts aren't executed. Not good enough. Some accounts get their orders and others not, so basically half working. Will you fix or should I end my subscription?

Why people get no answer here and on your youtube channel and with support email?? Are you not interested to make money?? I will stop my new subscription from Friday if you don't answer support questions and make a refund by google! It don't work!

1. TP and SL doesn't work, 2. Google Chrome Extension still is not working after 4 days, 3. The developer doesn't care about customers and there's no way for you to keep in touch with him.

Look elsewhere!!! This developer doesn't seem to care about his customers at all. It is 11/20/2020 and his program hasn't worked for a few days now. The developer said it would take a few hours but it has now been a few days and inquiries regarding the situation go unanswered as usual. Ever since I had this program I have not been able to get ANY support when making inquiries on Youtube and even Facebook Messenger, having to use those means to reach out simply because he doesn't provide any kind of email on his website or anywhere!!! I have since moved on to ProfitView and I suggest others do the same. AutoView is another good replacement.

Stay away from this, they are scammers! The support is non-existant and they never answer you. The software they provide is full of bugs. I even asked for a refund and I never heard back from them.

I paid for the service but still I get an error that says "Service not authorized". It says it's related with Chrome Web Store. But I don't how to solve it and the developer didn't respond me for 2 days. I'm mailed to him/her 5 times already but still no response. I don't recommend this tool to anyone. I'll change the review if I receive a response.

Not working.

I paid for extension. So far, it is correct most of the time. But some of the trades can't be execute (3 of 10 trades). It affect my strategy result a lot. I send email for help but no response at all....

Very frustrating when nobody answers your messages or even gives you an update/explanation as to why things aren't working - happy to take your monthly payment though.

Stop loss and Take Profit entered in Tradingview as per context does not work. There is no contact info of the service provider so cannot ask any questions.

Almost There, But Not Quite. I am a patient person and I gave this service a solid try. There were several issues during my use that you can read about in other reviews, and experienced every single one. I would not recommend this tool to anyone in its current state. The tool's shortcomings were also compounded by the developer's lack of consistent communication with the users. For now, I will be unsubscribing from this service and using an alternative that is more reliable. Hopefully the developers update it to fix the issues because it certainly has a lot of potential.

Does not work anymore. Prior to the chrome update it worked perfect. After the chrome update it doesn’t work but maybe only 10% of the time. I’ve added the latest chrome app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the .exe file. Everything looks great, the light is green , says it’s good to go, but when the alerts fire Off in TradingView they do not get recognized by trading connector and therefore the signals do not get pushed through to mt5. Connection issue. Doesn’t work anymore.

the update is working. it's confusing because it doesn't show up in the toolbar anymore after reinstalling the extension. however i lost money on my trading account so please let's figure out a way to keep people working or a update notification... also maybe we do a webhook url or i'll even help you dev that so we can still use trading view alert but don't have to rely on web browser? trying to figure out what has the lowest latency....

Why are some alerts from tradingview not getting updated on MT4 soon after alerts triggered on tradingview? Also some connectivity issues of this connector.
