I was using this to take contact details from LinkedIn profiles > CloseIO. I tried it for the trial and thought it was OK so paid for the full version. After a couple of months of use I thought it was fairly slow and involved a lot of clicks to achieve what I wanted. Doing tasks like this is mundane so using software which is time efficient is essential. I looked around and found a better much faster solution. I cancelled my payments and now SnapADDY are saying I signed a year contract. LOL good luck with that one. I would have just uninstalled the software but due to this awful attempt to entrap customers I felt compelled to write a review. Their software is OK but their company mentality is not with their consumers interests in mind. Who signs a 1 year contract for a google chrome addon? I've never heard something so ridiculous. Avoid.

Until now I wouldn't recommend this tool to anyone. Unfortunately the product does not deliver quality data outside Germany. Next to that they got me locked down in an unwanted 12 month license and no communication/support to solve an issue.
