KDSPY – Keyword Research for Authors

It is a time sucker to install. Over an hour and I still can't find the puzzle piece. It is one of my Chrome Extensions. "Howdy _________ (my name.) I AM signed in. But the same windows keep opening over and over. I JUST WANT THE PUZZLE PIECE TO SIT ON MY AMAZON.COM (AMERICA) BAR!!!!!

I haven't been able to use the product/ I hit the get access button and it goe s to install page. I have loaded it multi time and i need to be able to use this. Looking for support and get an inquiry page. Please help

Terrible service. they make ma purchase twice and is still not working. i am asking for a refund. worse service ever.

The link to add KDSpy to Chrome worked. Clunky! The screen freezes when trying to add it to my toolbar...Not a great start!

I just purchased the software, but it's not working.

I downloaded KDspy it was working well all I needed to do was click on the ap in incognito, now when I click on it it opens to Altitude something and I dont know how to fix it.

I paid for the software and the one add-on, when I downloaded but all I can find in my download is: oocoibgfbhcplhnfdjldohepoeboiloo-5.13.6-Crx4Chrome.com.crx. Do i need to redownload and select a different folder for saving? I was able to download, and added to my toolbar, when i click it, I go to the Amazon screen, but no UI comes up. Thank you! I will be happy to provide a much better rating as I have seen it work well. Much thanks.

SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK. I purchased it. Then it asked me for log-in information which I did not have.

I really wish it would stop force closing... almost every time i click it I wince hoping it wont quit and ill have to reload.. for a paid app this is not acceptable for this long.

tried several times, always "No Data Can Be Found!", i click the extension's button to open a new window it gives out, and search my keyword within there, tried simple keywords,e.g: "tools", "business plan" etc(to ensure i'm already in the search result in Kindle Store), but still with the above error, why??? even uninstall then reinstall, still the same error!

One day it works fine, and then it doesn't. Right now I can't access it. Very temperamental.

I spent 4 hours trying to research categories and got nowhere. I'm switching.

I used to use this to search books to get POC, but suddenly, it would not allow me to make a topic search. I wanted to search a particular disease, and the program kept coming back to Health, Fitness and Dieting. Not what I was looking for. And then it would not allow me to change the order of the number of reviews from least to most. I clicked on the top of the column, but nothing happened. I then cancelled the extension and tried to reload it after clearing the cache. It did not make any difference. @Debra Kurs said to change the location, but there was no way to change it except by country. So that didn't work. Suggestions?
