Description

Automatically rename tab titles and set custom favicons using URL rules and regex. Use the Element Picker to pull titles from page content—even in Shadow DOM. Supports contains/starts/ends/equals matches and multi-pattern rules for precise control. Key Features • Dynamic Tab Titles – Static titles: set a fixed name for any URL (e.g., rename “Zendesk” to “Support Queue”). – Element Picker: select any on-page element (email subject, document name, chat title) to use as the tab title. – Designed for modern apps, including pages that use Shadow DOM. • Custom Favicon Setter – Use an image URL or upload/paste PNG, JPG, or SVG. – Built-in library of SVG icons for quick, code-free customization. • Rule-Based Automation – Match types: contains, starts with, ends with, equals, or regex. – Multi-pattern rules to cover subdomains and complex paths in a single rule. – Enable, disable, reorder, edit, or delete rules from an intuitive Options page. • Backup & Sharing – Import/Export your entire rule set to back up or share configurations. How It Works Open the extension popup on the page you want to customize. Click “Pick Element” to choose text on the page for a dynamic title (e.g., ticket ID or file name). Choose a custom favicon (URL, built-in icon, or upload). Set your URL match pattern (domain, path, or regex). Save the rule—your tab updates instantly and applies automatically every time you visit. Perfect for • Quickly identifying work, support, or documentation tabs • Cleaning up generic tab names in complex web apps • Color-coding or icon-tagging tabs for faster context switching
