Not working within saved tab groups. ("Save Group" is a fairly recent feature when you right-click on the name of a tab group.)

The method explained to edit the preferences file doesn't work. As soon as you open chrome again, the file is overwritten and it get's switched back to Ctrl+Q as the shortcut. Is there another option to change the shortcut to Ctrl+Tab?
