The instruction video has been removed from YouTube for content violation, so I couldn't figure out how to use it. The few products I have imported into my store had shipping cost more than the product. When I signed up for the trial, they immediately get you to buy two things, otherwise it didn't seem like I could get a full feel of how it works. It is not for me. I am trying to get my money back. Chat is useless.
this Company is a complete Fraud,scammer I tried working with Autods for some time, but the experience was not the best, from the beginning, I encountered unclear pricing, but the most unpleasant aspect was related to their customer support never responded also you can get suspended using autods also autods is faking their review they remove all my review because im telling you the true they never give you any refund please stay away from autods.
DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.
I have been using Autods for the past 2-3 months, but I have been encountering issues with the system for the last 2-3 weeks. After placing orders through the system, I expected to receive tracking numbers. However, Autods informed me that their Amazon account had been suspended, and they were unable to provide tracking details. Despite charging me for the orders, they have failed to issue any refunds. Unfortunately, the customer service agents have been unhelpful, responding with generic messages that offer no solutions. Additionally, their response time is incredibly slow, taking up to 24 hours to reply to a single message. Dealing with these problems has been an extremely frustrating experience. To make matters worse, they have failed to provide valid tracking information for five of my orders, resulting in a loss of $450. This lack of tracking numbers has led to my customers filing complaints. I strongly caution against using Autods as it is not a reliable system. If you require any evidence, I suggest checking their WhatsApp groups for similar experiences.

This Company is a complete Fraud, do not give them your bank information. They will charge you add-ons you never agreed to and will autorenew your subscription at random dates to try and catch you off guard. They will not refund you and will go in circles with you about what they can do. If this happens to you, be very direct that you don't want them to charge your account for anything and that you want the most refund to your bank that they can give you and document everything. I am very precise with cancelling all my subscriptions, and they made me pay for an add-on a year ago that I never signed up for. Well 2 weeks before the yearly annual renewal date would have been they charged my card for a random amount of $161. Once you get to the point in the email that you for sure want a refund and never want to use their service again they wont respond to you. Contact your bank immediately and report this company if you see a charge from them.
Don't expect to get chat support even if you are a paying customer
I have been with you for more than one year 1. when you tell me those items are not supported by Autods, and you advertise that you support Costcouk as a supplier This means you lie to your customers 2. you advertise that your AutoDS automate my orders and I discovered that it's only for Amazon, not your other supplier This means you lie to your customers 3. when your system fails to update/monitor the products and I get orders for items not available on the supplier website and I lose money and reputation, in this case, This means you lie to your customers and there is a lot more if you want me to continue mentioning your system failures. if you can't or haven't the option don't lie to your customers
---- Update in March 2023 I thought they did some improvements after they launched the new marketing campaign, but they are still very bad. The Extension sending millions of API requests in just simple importing which is affect the server performance and getting always 500, 524, 520 Errors. I test it again with 3 hosting providers, the last one was Couldways Server 8CPU, 8GB RAM and did not handle it keep showing errors and high CPU and Ram Usage!! Chat support always offline after you subsrcibe. Ticket system is stupid and most time did not load and noone will answer you!! I created 5 tickets from 12 Days and till now no one give a respect to look into it or answer or trying to resolve the issue!! Today I confirmed that these positive reviews are fake or from friends of the stupid app owner.. Be Careful before they stole your money and time.. ---- Dec 2022 I just see in your Blog many features requests before 2 years and nothing changes I asked for many improvments and no reply, with their price plan, I should not face any issue before 1 year of use! till now I have tested this plugin in 3 different servers, Cloudways, Liquiedweb, Hostarmada. all servers got same issues!! * many Errors in Prices * Global Variation not imported * quantity issues, even with sample produuct comes with 0 * Translations issues * support are not professional at all * Price very high than other service providers, you are charging every signle click!! * They count variants as products, so my 1K plan will limit if I imported 50 Prodcuts with 20 Variants!! So, its better to put your account number and ask people to send their money insted of doing app like that!!
AutoDs is a company that makes multiple mistakes in all the processes that they offer automatic or manual and with tracking, they do not answer for it, they do not make refunds, they answer you with a link of clauses, (which sometimes create policies tailored to what you present claims) and if you sell products that the price of the supplier is less than $25, forget your orders will not be processed, you breach your client and affect the health of your store, for a high cost that will never be reimbursed, whether you use it or not. The customer support center is terrible, evasive, it answers the opposite of what you ask and the response time is +24 hours, by not answering your question, then you have to ask again and wait +24 hours to wait another bad answer or a link. If what you want is to sink your business, this is the easiest and most expensive way. I wasted time, money, leads, and the health of my account, all with just one app. The worst service I have received in my life
It's a HOAX. They say you get a free trial but they actually charge you for 40$ and they won't give your money back.
❌ Don't buy anything from this company! I applied for 14 days trial period and used the software for 2 days. It did not meet my needs and didn't work the way i hoped so i cancelled my tiral and account. I was charged almost 40$ for this. For nothing. And they wouldn't give me a refund. These people don't care about customer satisfaction and mislead you donate 40$ to them by offering "free trial". Disgusting.

Application is so slow and did not work properly. I also wanted to cancel my trial, they asked 100 questions and still did not cancel it.
READ TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE SIGNING!!! If you use the Auto fulfilment service FOR eBay, they will not refund any money you put in the account when you cancel your subscription. They will tell you they appreciate your business, try to get you to stay and tell you the funds will be there when you return. If you never use them again, you lose the money. Check reviews thoroughly and verify it's what you need. People have lost over $1000
i was happy about the tool but now they changed something, when i upload items from amazon germany to ebay germany all products added are in english and not in german languege. im not makeing any sales because i have to translate all items to german not useing autods anymore
Aliexpress with original price of $1.8, when importing to Auto DS is come up to more than $130. Technical support says it is because the product in Aliexpress is out of stock, the default buying price will be $130. That is not true since the product is still available. Technical problem occurred for the fist use that made me to cancel the free trial after 1 hour using it. They said cancel account without cancel subcription will not be charged anymore, but I am not sure as I read other comments from users. Let's see.
Stay away from this thieving group of Scammers! They committed FRAUD by STEALING from my bank account! Sign up for your $1 Free Trial and then even if you don't subscribe to use the service just watch money get taken from your bank account and then they won't refund you. hey you really make this app too hard to use and you said try it for $1 a week i tried and i choose the plan then i went to another plan they charge me the full price of it not $1 i could not even cancel my credit card on thier web there is a cancel buttom but im afried if i cancel i lose all my money that i spent $73 dollar for useless app i need my refund for my $50 i did not know if i switch the plan you going to charge me the full amount of money im just trying to check it out for $1 and u made me spent $73 if you really good app please refund this money and i want also hide my credit card there is no way to hide it i dont want to renew this with you
The tool is really limited in comparison to competition. A lot of functionality is missing. Only a few suppliers available. Customer service is terrible. Watch out, these guys are greedy! When cancelling a subscription, there must have been some bug on the website and it was not deactivated. After realizing that after 2 days and contacting them, they told me that they refund policy is 24 hour. 24 hours? Really? Ridiculous. Especially while they teach on social media about fantastic customer service and keeping your marketplace store with positive feedback only. Hypocrisy. I end up paying for the whole month, despite the fact the account was active for 2 days longer only. No activity, no products, no stores added on my account during that time. It was not sufficient enough for them to refund me. Try some competition, there is plenty of great software out there!

I don't understand why this appears before adding the extension in Google, but it doesn't feel very good that this ad appears. This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions.
Extracting from CJ Dropshipping Not Working
After checking out several different dropshipping tools, I concluded that Auto DS is the undisputed King of AIO dropshipping tools. The one issue I ran into while getting set up was that item descriptions weren't populating to the template I added. To resolve the issue, I reached out to the support team. Their response is posted below... I ended up hiring someone for $30 to resolve the issue. Before he looked at my template, he asked if I added the Auto DS bookmarks, that tell Auto DS where to place the title and description info on the template. I told him that I didn't know that I had to do that. He then told me that if I had reached out to the Auto DS support team, that would have been the first thing they would have told me to check. I told him that I did contact the support team, and that they didn't mention anything about bookmarks. In ending, I will say that my first experience with Auto DS support has been extremely frustrating. Also, the fact that they tell you to contact their inside man for a small fee to resolve the issue made me feel like... In ending, I would suggest that Auto DS remove any mention of supporting third-party templates, because they do not. The Auto DS support query is posted below.
