Won't let me favorite a location or even set my location
Don't trust the 4.5 cumulative rating. Maybe this extension actually worked in the past, but I removed it after about 10 minutes of time trying to set a location closer to my own.
Very nice interface! I wanted this to be a winner, but there are problems. The app doesn't startup on the proper day, and the weather and temperature is almost always off by quite a bit. I sent in a bug report but I haven't heard back. I'm still hoping there is a location error, etc. that can be explained and corrected. Only one star, because it doesn't do the few things I need it to do. I'll hang in there for a while and see if I hear anything from developers. Update; I have been contacted by the developer, and they are working hard on this.
I don't get the high praise this extension gets everywhere. The interface is confusing and just terrible all around. My favorite part is the "hourly forecast" which is designed by a madman. And the weather reports themselves aren't that accurate.
" hourly forecast" is it absolute joke it shows +1 +3 +6 +12 - what is that?!? Is it 0-12 time which makes no sense since day has 24 hours not 12 or is it just + current time in which case it doesn't make any sense because temperature does not add up.
Doesn't work with Brave (just throws a "no internet connection" message).
Search is not working, when trying to search for a city, the extension crashes and its closed.
Never shows the right temperature!
Does not update automatically. Never shows the right temperature, so it's essentially useless. I let the publisher know, they didn't care.
This used to be a great app, my favorite weather app, but as of December 13, 2020 it no longer works.
WEIRD... I added this app... I clicked on it... As it's loading it says: Weatherly The one accurate forcast! That's right, the word after accurate is misspelled. Ironic, don't you think> forecast. Oh, and the message I finally get says... NO SERVICE. Yes, spelled properly.
This extension is ok but the Forecastfox extension was much better it had a radar which you can blow up when you click on the image the Forcastfox was superior extension app compared to what's available on the chrome web store hey google bring the Forcastfox back why did you take this away when it was working fine. makes no sense.
There's a lot to like about this app... except the weather part! Humidity is always 0%, apparently I live in outer space. At any time of day the hourly forecast is always 00:00 (midnight) to 11:00 AM. It looks very nice but if you want to know more than what the temperature is right now or the high/low temps in a 5 day forecast you need to go to a weather site, making this extension useless unfortunately.

Back in early July they promised Russian language support, but as I see, it's only promisesโฆ I'm deleting it!
No frequent updates. It's 17:00 and the weather is from 15:35 - before the thunderstorm... Indicating 31 degrees instead of 25 - after the storm.
Unfortunately the temp reading for Sacramento CA is 6 degrees off and the app doesn't forecast hourly changes. Otherwise I like it,

Weatherly is super handy for checking forecasts right in my browser. I love how detailed it is, with everything from air quality to moon phases in one clean view.
I like the way it looks for the most part. There is probably too much information shoved into a small rectangle. I wish it were resizable and we could remove things we didn't want to make it less cluttered. Like another reviewer, I'm not fond of the +3, +6, etc. on the hourly forecast. However, my current issue is that it isn't updating frequently enough, even if I press the circular arrow, which I presume means manual update. Since it is currently 11:30am and the data is from 9am, the current temperature is shown as 15F colder than it actually is outside. That also means any reports of humidity or rain would be inaccurate as well.
It's ok. Every time I click it to see the weather, I have to change the location to my actual location. Is there a way to pin or set my location so I don't have to do that every single time?
Great looking extension and a great tool if all you want is basic readings like temperature. It's a wonder that apps like this show the current pressure but not the pressure trend (rising vs. falling). Important measurements like Dew Point aren't displayed. Please add!
