EyeAppoint SyncRx

The EyeAppoint Sync RX is a browser extension designed to simplify and automate the process of syncing patient data between a practice’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and B&L Opal’s contact Lens ordering portal. The extension will allow staff to quickly locate patients by last name or patient ID, and automatically sync patient demographics, shipping addresses, and the latest contact lens prescriptions (including all Bausch + Lomb contact lenses ordered within the optometry practice). This automation reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and saves valuable administrative time.
