VISO for Chrome

Very slow and clunky and I have a beast of a laptop. On my first time using it laptop fan was spinning as fast as it could and my task manager was at 100%, which it never does even when playing games on max settings. Anyway, I decided to continue with it as the video was almost uploaded. I filled in the basic info and proceeded to use the thumbnail creator and this is very buggy. I tried to use the border option to place a black border but along the top and the left side it also put a tiny sliver of white. When trying to add text it would not place the text exactly where I wanted. You'd let go of the mouse button and it would jump a few mm from where you wanted it. Then after finishing the tedious task of the thumbnail I went back to the basic info tab for one final proof read and the app crashed and taking my laptop with it. Both my screens went black all I could see was my task bar and every so often my desktop would flash visible but no icons. My mouse pointer was a text cursor and I could'nt click anything on my taskbar. I tried to ctrl, alt, del, and after 5 minutes it went to the restart screen. I then returned to my desktop and everything seemed normal apart from the sluggishness. I went to resume my project only to find that my custom thumbnail was now just a black rectangle. I clicked on the download thumbnail button and when it was saved on my desktop the thumbnail just showed my background image without non of the text, the focus effects and stickers and when I tried to open it in photo viewer it was just all black, I tried opening it in Photoshop and again it was all black. So that was 40 minutes wasted. Which it should have only been 5 minutes wasted but as this app is so heavy on your system it takes 5 times longer to do anything.

Glitchy and clunky. Star ratings for the various elements go from 5 stars to one for no reason, and can be changed back by adding one letter. In other words it's not representative of anything at all. Thumbnails don't show up if it's scheduled (which they do on YT, which is the way it needs to be), other elements are less than they were before installing. I've disabled it. Maybe I'll try it again in a while if some of these are resolved, but as it stands it adds nothing and takes away various elements I find useful, so what's the point?

When I go into to Creator Studio to do the editing, it does not work. The "options" button is grayed out and am unable to use it. Maybe it's me? I can't seem to figure out how it works or maybe...it just doesn't work. :(

The extension is fine for the most part but I could no longer copy and paste tags between videos with the extension active. As someone who reuses tags across series very frequently this was reason enough to disable the extension. I would re-enable it if they fix this issue.

I noticed it worked before but I started using it again but it says "Something's wrong", so I don't know what to do, I can't use it to optimize my videos anymore.

too many bugs and glitches

Constantly saying it needs to be paired with my channel although it already is, have to refresh the page numerous times before i can optimise an older video. Saved tag lists also a problem, cant navigate down the list to select any past the first five.

IT glitches a lot and there is a problem when ever i add text i cants seem to place them. Also add a feature to be able to place overlays, That would make my day

everything works fine exept the thumbnails u cant upload them its keep getting stuck

Good extension, only things I really miss are resizable boxes (for example in the optimization tab). And also a "night" mode. So the boxes dont stand out from my otherwise nightmode youtube.

It is good and very helpful but when I try to add a custom thumbnail it doesn't work and I have to uninstall it just to use custom thumbnails
