Twitch Latency Display

Great extension but as others have mentioned, the caption config pop-up is very annoying

Since July of this year, because of this, the extension started showing the "closed caption settings" window every time I start any stream. It's very annoying that it can't be turned off.

It will lag after fast-forwarding the stream buffer. Not support the new closed caption from 7/14.
