Does not even deserve 1 star - When clicking to answer it does not even engage most times. Calls also drop with error 31000, clients cannot HEAR me and I cannot HEAR clients. "Tech support" says its my devices but it is impossible I have the best devices and latest tech. worst thing is "tech support" cannot even TEST the line. Why have a "support desk" if all you can do is just email??? Inefficient, ineffective and does more HARM than good - own up and say your phone is a living blooper.

Absolute garbage, don't waste your time. Works 1 day, then doesn't the next

Absolutely terrible non-stop problems. Always resetting can't get help over the phone. They asked you to screenshot and do all of this information. It's just too difficult not worth it. And this is coming from someone who has a good knowledge of IT and networking.

Doesn't work, calls drop all the time, customers cant hear us. It's broken, severely broken.
