Description

Rainbow CRM Bridge acts as a middleware that connects third party Salesforce CRM with a range of Telephone Systems. It is hosted in ALE Cloud and works as browser extension of the CRMs. A browser extension creates a seamless User Experience that improves employee productivity and customer service at the same time. It fetches Rainbow contacts information and provides functionality that majorly includes conversations, fetching CRM contact information on incoming calls, dialing out CRM contacts, audio - video calls and calls history. Rainbow CRM Bridge extension enables users to make and receive phone calls via their industry leading Telephone Systems (PABXs). The calls can be received both on a computer or a desk phone etc.
