WooCommerce AliExpress Dropshipping Extension

I have had to repurchase this plugin YET again today, as well as spend over $300.00 for my tech to only tell me that the plugin has bad issues(bugs) and doesnt update or work.( he has set it up before for my other websites, that I got this plugin for) and not having this much of an issue. I have sent numerous emails and still to this day have not received any response back... Mind you this has been almost a year. I had also tried to recover the license and couldnt because the license was somehow blocked as well as my account .So i was forced to purchase it yet again. It seems as if nobody is in the office. If they cant correct this issue, they need to refund me my money and for the $300.00 for the plugin and tech.

I dont really understand this plugin anymore the shipping cost while importing is saying not available and its only the product price showing please fix this am sick and tired of this your plugin

Hello, I could use it before, but in 2024, I found that it can no longer be used, sometimes good or bad! Sometimes when uploading products, it prompts that there are 8 errors and cannot be uploaded. Sometimes it says there is a problem with the secret key. Sometimes an error is displayed when uploading from the list to the website. The problem is not mentioned. Sometimes it is said that there is a problem with my cpanel firewall. I need to communicate with the hosting center, but to no avail. I asked chatgpt, thinking it was a problem with updating the plug-in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but once I uninstalled it, I found that it could no longer be installed, prompting that other plug-ins were needed. The specific plug-in is not mentioned. I tried to find the compressed zip file on the website, but couldn't find it. The download file provided by your website is not a zip file. What should I do? ？annie@anniegroup.com

Please fix these issues. Have not been able to do anything sense this new update. importing not working. Please revert back until you can get this issue solved. Business is at a stand still until this gets fixed. Please fix asap.

This plugin including the actual wordpress plugin has caused us endless headaches. It is glitchy, never does what it says. Whilst the idea is great, it is poorly designed and quite frankly is more hassle than it is worth. If you value your brand, I would avoid this at all costs....

we need an update , it's not importing from the store's categories with the new theme of aliexpress please fix it

C'mon Guys! it's 4 days that i'm waiting to import single product!

This extension drives me nuts from time to time, sometimes it works great but many times won't even let me open Google at all. Let alone trying to access AliExpress to add products to my store, again it will work for some time and then everything can go to hell in just few seconds. Today I had to deactivated it at least 8 times to make it work and to be able to even open Google, then when it finally got it working then getting into AliExpress was another fight. It is working now but I know soon I will be dealing with it again.

Can not retrieve data. Every. Single. Time. Followed both videos, the one in the plugin settings and the one posted by Andy Ha on here but to no avail. Triple checked setup, tried many different options but always the same. If someone could contact me in response to this review and help me get this working then it'd be greatly appreciated, as I really want to use this plugin in 100+ stores! Thanks

Tried everything in the book, but no way you can import any product. Even tried wrong keyword to see if the plugin has connection, yes message key is wrong. Set a test product that has epackets and aliexpress, really it doesn't matter what settings you take the outcome is always the same: Can not retrieve data. Only thing different to the video is that after clicking import, it doesn't show the browser message, but only on the left the error message. Really was looking forward to testing a new plugin, after using for months a paid version that sucks as well. Still, really love your Notification, photo review and best of all your Lookbook.

This plug in is not working

well it was working before but now getting errors when trying to load from Aliexpress to my site, I can add products from the plug in in my woocommerce but it doesn't bring in all the variations, I see them in the list but when I import they are not there. Something isn't right with this, I tried deleting the plug in, reset it up etc. the set up wizard gets stuck on one page where the currency conversion from RU. to Dollar is. it won't accept a number and move on. Frustration, looking for a plug in that works. :-( of course you only get really basic for free have to pay to get things done correctly.

the extension worked really well for a bit, but now no matter what i get this error when trying to add a product: Not found and i have tried to follow the video guide on back on normal and is still same problem. please what can i do now. even from website if i use the search. it will still show no product. meanwhile the product is available on AliExpress website
