Same issue, latest Chrome update disabled auto dialer function.

Same as Nathan and Danny below. We use this extension for our office as the other two and all of my coworkers have tried in uninstalling/reinstalling and logging out and back in and the phone icon will not appear by numbers anymore which help us just click for outgoing calls. Whatever updated that ran has made this feature go away in which is the ONLY FEATURE WE USE.

Same as Nathan's comment below, we have reports of the call button/overlay not being there anymore. Updating Chrome, resetting chrome/clearing cache, reinstalling extension, logging out/in of extension didn't work. I am able to reproduce on more than one machine.

Softphone doesn't seem to work with all USB headsets. The software needs better audio options to choose both audio input and output just like every other standardized conference software for example. Likely, the current locked in default options to be able to choose only the input device is what is causing this issue. My headset works with every other application, skype, gotomeeting, zoom, microsoft teams, etc. Only Mitel seems to have an issue...

Hi, constantly crashing using the chrome extension (error:INHIBIT_STARTUP), sometimes work a bit after deleting/reinstalling the module... So very unstable ! Is there any working client for Linux ? Regards

This extension was great until recently when it started getting into a loop inserting the dial icon over and over. It's not specific to any web page. I demonstrated it with the mitel.com site, took a screen shot and sent it by email to the maintainer of record. They refused to address it, and instead sent this response. For the record we don't and won't have a Mitel account. We have a premises-based Shoretel system. helpful to make calls quickly - but when you open emails with MS Office or anything really - the "Call via Miltel" and button image repeats over and over and over again - especially in email chains ever time it is opened and resent it send the overlay and appends to the phone numbers displayed. It also pops up when you are filling out forms with phone numbers and screws up input fields... very very annoying and unprofessional looking to have that send out with mitel all over the phone numbers obfuscating the number itself... distracting to say the least. Necessary for me to be able to click the number and call fast... seems incomplete. MagicJack and Google Voice can do the same click to call and they do not cause issues with MS Outlook or any form field I have ever used. Get it fixed and I will rate 4-5 stars.

It's decent when it works. It's your only option if if you have an on-prem Mitel system and are using a Mac with Monterrey installed. The problem is half the time it doesn't see your audio input. Tried it on three Macs all with different versions of MacOS. Mitel needs to get their stuff in gear and get their Mac client updated.

They really need to fix this so on premises users can use it. This is especially the case since the Mitel Connect client doesn't work with Mac OS Monterey which machines are shipping with. The help option still links to Shoretel.com and fails to find the page over on the redirect to the Mitel site as well.

Constantly bugs out -newest update to windows broke this and Chrome will not allow audio to pass through this extension please update

This app stopped working... when I try to sign in I get the following error; "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app. This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In."
