I installed the extension, and it worked fine for the first day. However, after that, I’m unable to hear any audio when I place a call. There is an initial ring, but no ringing tone afterward, and once the call connects, I cannot hear anything—even though the customer can hear me and is speaking. There doesn’t appear to be any option to contact support directly by phone to get this issue resolved. Worst app. Never use it
After upgrading the account i don't make 1 single call and now, after 1 day it show token expired! what is this twilio?
i tried paying from3 differnt card and it says payment successful but everytime its not going through and showing failed in billing area
I recently purchased a new account and installed the extension. However, when I open the extension, it shows an error saying 'Your license is expired,' even though I purchased the account just two days ago and also added $20 credit to the account.
The app does not work. It will not make any outbound calls.
This product is a scam. Product was hard to configure, kind of worked, but was buggy, and if you ever wish to cancel a paid subscription, it's impossible. They block all emails to the only support email they provide. No other means to cancel.
Can someone help me ? when I call a number the extension closes and shows an error
Tried to reach out many times today to fix a problem. No response from the team. Someone picked up the call and told me he will call me back and nothing. Worst experience
It was working fine for what I needed but from last 2 weeks it has stopped working. It seems like Twilio has updated it's API and this app is missing something. I've written so many times but NO reply so the customer service is very poor. I noticed that the community as well is very very small (50 people) where they redirect you and last post was made in 2018 so I'm doubting if we should continue using this product and look for alternatives. Anyone with similar experiences or suggestions to alternates??
I put 2 stars because I have used it several times. If you're reading this, just purchase another dialer than this. I have so many days that it won't allow me to input credentials. Always saying License Expired. A lot of deals were wasted because of this dialer.
It's not processing the payment. And I can't use it like this.
There is definitely no free trial..? I installed and it immediately says my license is expired and I need to purchase full product. No trial at all. Very annoyed
Not working. When I mapped my Twilio paid account, and entered the outgoing phone number that trying to make the call, the extension restarted / reloaded all the time. No calls can be made.
Stopped working. Did not receive any support for the app problem. Just stopped making calls.
I had an issue and the support team has solved the problem. I haven't start dialing yet. Hope it'll work better now.
Calling works great but unfortunately doesn't record the calls when I check Twilio. Also, Text Outgoing messages do not send and finally I am not able to access my subscription from another device and I will have to check if the device I purchased subscription is even active. For calls it is a good deal and easy to use!
Sometimes the audio is choppy while in a call. A big problem I'm having, when this is enabled in my browser, I can't listen to audio in Chrome because the audio shutters. It will quickly cut out then back in every couple of seconds. I need to disable this if I'm going to watch youtube or listen to soundcloud.
Where is the feature to SEARCH a number ?
Haven't got the chance to try the chrome extension because it automatically says my trial has expired and need to purchase. We already pay for Twilio so not sure how to sign in through the chrome extension. Would love help / screen share to get it working. thanks.
Is it Alive? 1. I'm trying get help via Help -> Contact - nothing happends after I click on "submit" 2. I'm trying to connect to Twilio - i got neverending "registering client"
The dialler works great for calls but the Zoho integration didn't work. No matter what I tried it always says "Invalid Client. Client ID passed does not exist"
