Rivet Payer Portal Automator, an extension for the Rivet Denials Management tool, uses the information in Rivet to help you quickly appeal denials on online payer portals. The days of spending 5 minutes trying to find the right claim to appeal are over. The Payer Portal Automator pulls claim information from Rivet and auto-fills the search fields on online payer portals so you can find the right claim in 30 seconds or less. Once you’ve enabled the extension on a payer website, just click on any field and a drop-down will appear with the corresponding fields in Rivet. Select an option and Rivet will fill that field in for you.
