Can't access my account. Looks like this is a scam wallet.

Scam! Trapped my SOUL and now showing error. No one to contact.

Can't access my funds. Trying to unstake but that fails every time

this wallet i cant claim the staking rewards and there is no support or anything happening to fix this issue ,buy another token

Cannot access my funds, impossible to unstake too since it keeps saying: "there has been an error in the transaction: internal error"

Doesn't work setting up a new wallet on the Brave browser. I just get the error "Error importing WIF wallet" after trying to set a password.

Do not use Ecto wallet ! I swap ETH from Phantasma to Ethereum chain at it, the loading is slow, so I press again, now the wallet is stock with pending swaps, I can not withdraw any money. Be careful!!!

Using Neo in Ecto Wallet is NOT user freindly. 1st of all It should tell you need NEO gas token to pay the gas fees. Not Neo token :/ 2.I can't get my Neo out of Ecto Wallet? I tried send Neo from Assets, and I've tried it from Multi chain too. It never recongise the destination address :/ I use metamask all the time! The wallet need to give you more helpful feedback!

Currently, It's a non functioning wallet that traps your tokens due to "internal errors". I cannot stake or unstake or send my SOUL to another wallet. There is no support to contact and no online tutorials to help users amend the situation.

The wallet is great, it has the same feeling with Metamask wallet that a lot of people use. It also has a neat feature that allows you to store other coins from different blockchain. The only problem I have with it is that it totally broke Youtube for me, I can't load the comments, open settings, play videos, etc. This is the only reason I am giving it a 3 stars for now. I hope that it can be fixed soon.

It's working on my Chrome, but it creates alot of bugs, for example whatsapp web isn't working, certain parts of other pages like Youtube don't work etc. hope there's a fix. Otherwise it's a fine wallet!
