You should tell users before installing it is only 14 days trial. If I could give lest than one start to this tool I would.

No free plan for personal use = no.

Great Program, can't afford it.

This is absolute robbery, they charged USD 226 for 5 email addresses annual fee, then after 14 days another 423 and 217 USD total 640 dollars. When you call there is no answer, no answer for online chat. I still don't know what how this story finishes. will update

First, I used it for exactly 30 seconds before it told me I have to buy a subscription -- so much for a 14 day trial. Next, the subscription is WAY TOO MUCH. Uninstalled.

It doesn't do anything. Not very easy to understand. Install chrome extension. When I open my email, there a followup icon on my right. Click on it, ask to login, then nothing happen. Disinstall, delete the extension, reinstall, anyway still doing nothing. Not much instruction to help understand this application. Now I want to deactivate. How do I do it? Again not indicated. It took access to all my information though.

DO NOT INSTALL! You cannot remove it from your Google Apps account later on!! After first install the App didn't even show up in the list of applications, so there was nowhere to remove it from. Finally I just revoked the Security permissions but still the app stayed. Then I reinstalled it again and voila - the app showed up in the list of Apps in Admin, so I was already happpy that I can remove it. So I removed and it "seemed" to disappear - most of the buttons / functions were really gone and the Apps list doesn't show it... but then after restarting Chrome it was again back! (But not appearing in Apps list) Rubbish product, stay away!!

DO NOT GIVE THIS APP YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!!!!!! Been trying to cancel for 2 weeks and no-one at the company will respond to any emails. Looks like I'll be needing to get a new card. Extremely dissatisfied, worst experience Ive had with any extension, first time i've ever needed to rant.

It will not get off of my computer. I have tried COUNTLESS times to delete it, but with no avail. Don't download this unless you want it for the rest of your life.

Wish it would have said it was a paid app before I installed it. I don't mind paying for an app, but I like to know ahead of time.

I have been pretty disappointed with the tool lately. Seems to be working less often than it works. :( I am a super user who sends hundreds of follow ups each week and have used this for years. I am going to look into something else now.

I really wanted to like this. Tried everything I could think of, but this application caused serious latency issues and Chrome crashes. Perhaps it is because I'm on OSX 10.12. For now, I'll keep it disabled and follow it. Perhaps a future update will resolve the issue.

Annoyed as a free tool. Do not like it.

looks very powerful - but am annoyed as it is promoted as free tool, but only a two week trial is free. not even a slim version seems to be available for free. for personal communication I do not intend spending money, so this is annoying and a bummer. Would appreciate a more clearer communication and promotion. also it does not disclose neither in the profile setting nor the knowledge base on how to delete your account / profile!

Feature is good but annoying behavior when need to login, it just show up in between and no way to close or remind it later.

I originally rated this extension with 5 stars, but now I am incredibly sick of it asking me to rate it every time that I login to my Gmail account, especially since I had already rated it! In fact, I am so tired of this behavior that I am very close to deleting the extension altogether. Original review: Great extension---very useful!

This is a great app, but I am only giving 3 stars because the platform missed follow ups on two occasions. An app like this requires to be working at all times because we are trusting it to remind us of very important tasks. I lost out on those leads b/c I don't know who they were (it didn't tell us what data was lost). Otherwise, it does what it says it's going to and it's an important tool for our business.

It is no longer shpwing up. It shows as downloaded but it is not in my extensions.

Not a bad idea, but they forget to mention that it is only a free one-month trial, after that it's $18/month.
