I am extremely disappointed with this Chrome extension. It's currently non-functional for order fulfillment. Despite receiving GetProcessingOrders data, I keep encountering a persistent error: "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND." Additionally, the console throws an "Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined" at line 2081 in placeOrders.js, which completely halts the process. I've reached out via email for assistance using my personal email but haven't received any response. This is unacceptable for an extension that's supposed to streamline my workflow. Until these critical issues are addressed, I can't recommend this extension to anyone.

It was working and now it stopped and now they stopped responding on when this update will happen and it has been 3 weeks now.

Variation Images Still Missing Despite Enabled Setting I’ve been using the Shark Dropshipping Chrome Extension to import eBay products into my WooCommerce store. The tool is easy to use and successfully imports the product title, main image, and variations like color and size. However, even though I’ve enabled the option to import variation images, the extension does not import the variation-specific images. For example, variations like "Red" or "Blue" are imported, but their corresponding images are not assigned, leaving all variations with the same main image or no image at all. This causes confusion in the product display and hurts the customer experience. I also reached out to support, but have not received a useful or helpful response so far.
