Not possible to open a new wallet. Not possible to create a password. Very bad wallet. How can I rely on it and use it, if from beginning there are technical problems??

I tried staking on babylon. Had some sBTC in my wallet and sent it from my taproot address to native segwit and now i cannot sign anything from my native segwit address, meaning its lost. with the same seed phrase i get completely different addresses in all other wallets (okx, trustwallet). completely unusable for me and made me lose my tokens. When i requested help there was no one that could provide any help or willing to at least fix the wallet for future users.
