Most people keep too many tabs open. Not because they need them all, but because closing them feels risky. The result is a browser that looks like an unfinished to-do list. And a mind that feels the same way. Tab Cap is a Chrome extension that sets a hard limit on how many tabs you can have open at once. When you reach the limit, new tabs are blocked. Not closed. When you try to open a tab beyond that number, you land on a simple blocking page instead of the new page.
