I paid for the subscription and downloaded the extension. I followed your video demonstration and downloaded the album via the extension but nothing happened? Can you please help?

Hi Cameron, I really need this capability but unfortunately the extension did not work for me. I could only see shared albums and not all albums. Sometimes I had to close the extension and re-open to allow the shared albums to appear. And I could not see the content of any albums so could not test the download capability. I use a PC with Windows 10.
